A friend told me about pine bark a couple of months ago and I saw that this vendor had a version of it so I thought I would give it a try as I’ve been impressed with other items I bought from them. After about 3 weeks of taking it, my blood pressure was down about 15 points. I didn’t do anything different other than add the pine bark so I can only guess, not prove but guess, that’s it had something to do with a drop in blood pressure.
The supplement seems to be high quality and doesn’t taste bad or cause any kind of indigestion. As I said, Purely Holistic makes high quality supplements and the fact that they were making this is one of the reasons I tried it.
