I have been reading lately about the usefulness of resveratrol supplementation. Although the initial promise of resveratrol (making mice live like twice a long) didn’t pan out fully in humans, it is a still a useful addition to a diet. These capsules contain primarily resveratrol and other grape ingredients. It has grape seed. I’m not sure exactly what red wine extract really means. But it’s definitely based on grape.
It also includes a bunch of other smaller ingredients that are healthy (echinacea, cinnamon, berberine, garlic, etc.). There is a total of 200mg of these smaller ingredients, versus 800 of the grape-related. I don’t know whether the amounts are really enough to make the difference in practical use, but they don’t hurt and might help.
This is marketed as an immune and body management complex. I guess the body management part could include anything. If you look up these ingredients, they are healthy and useful for all kinds of maladies and insufficiencies aside from immune. Overall, a pretty decent mix, I would say.
Like almost all herb-style supplements, these ingredients are not all that concentrated, so the full dose is two capsules. They are moderate sized and smell vaguely of herb. I will continue taking them and can’t really find anything wrong with them.

We love this product, it has been part of our family’s daily supplement, i like to emphasize that unlike other similar products i had issues swallowing but this product is coated which makes it easy, also the dosage on this slightly bigger and that is definitely a plus, but most importantly is that are sourced directly from Japanese knotweed and contain 99-100% pure trans-resveratrol and finally it does actually have a taste to it, not sure if it’s the red wind, oh, one last thing, i would buy this product from anywhere but obviously Amazon has the price no one can neat, keep up the amazing job.

I read some great things about grape and red wine extracts, so I hope this works as described, right now is too early to tell, because this kind of supplant takes time to show the expected.
There is a taste on the capsule that is not exactly pleasant, but that is just a minor thing.

Just like rust can oxidize on metal and ruin it so too can certain free radicals do harm to the body I feel. In my opinion Resveratrol red wine extract and grape seed extract would be helpful to retard some of that. These are good antioxidants that scavenge around looking for free radicals to destroy, as I see it. Preventative maintenance. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure someone said. Sounds good to me!
