This is a great way to get your day started or keep it going. It has a great taste and is very easy to take and take with you on the go. The packets are sealed well so no spilling in your purse. It does not have the crash effect of some of the other drinks I have tried. No jitters, no headache just plenty of focus to get you moving or keep you moving. I put mine in the fridge just so they are not room temp. Love this product, am a fan and will keep buying.

The taste has a great initial taste some of the flavors have a weird aftertaste blue raspberry is the best. Quality of packaging is great performance of this product I felt better throughout the day. Great amount of energy packaging is very durable

I absolutely love these . Instant energy for me, and every flavor is very good . I’d love if one day they would consider adding an orange pineapple or cherry pomegranate, peach nectarine would be lovely too . I’m not usually a fan of anything grape but this grape is not bad . I will stick with these for now because it’s convenient & works . I can do one at 10am & it carries me until 8pm . Feels like it’s an appetite suppressant as well . I don’t really get hungry when on this all day which is a win!! Not a fan that it has sucralose but for now this is my go to .

The flavor and texture are unappealing. However, it’s only a small amount to choke back. The product does work , and it’s more affordable than similar products. I will purchase again.

The mystic melon flavor was good as far as energy shots go.
I could definitely notice a boost in energy, as I like to drink mine about 20 minutes before a workout.
For the price, since I only drink half a day, 3 will last me 1 week and you can’t really beat that.
However, since I only drink half, I pour them into a small measuring cup beforehand, and store the remaining in a Ziploc bag. The first day I naturally poured out 1oz, so imagine my slight surprise when the following day there was only .5oz in my container. Initially I thought it could be a one-off, but as I continued to split my servings into .75oz, I realized that they are mislabeled as 2oz, when they only contain 1.5oz total.
I’m not sure if this affects the nutrition label as far as caffeine mg goes, but it won’t deter me from buying in the future as it suits my needs. If I drank a full one daily, I might consider purchasing a different brand.
Had they been the 2oz they are represented as, I would have given 5 stars.

There is 250mg of caffein and taurine in this. I bought this product for a few reasons.
1. I am on a keto diet, and this does not send me out of ketosis but does provide energy.
2. I am used to using pre- work out from power lifting, but currently I am training for my first sprint triathlon. This product does not give you a sugar rush, note that I have adjusted my daily caffein intake to take this supplement while training. (this is closer to a mild pre-workout, with a shorter bust of energy and less whip lash)
Effect- 6.5/10 for energy boost (on keto)
Muscle aches in mid exercise went away, and I felt energized within 10 minutes of drinking this and the effects lasted 40 minutes. I was expecting this to last closer to 60 or 90 minutes and potentially making me have diarrhea because of the 250mg of caffein but that was not the case. 2 hours later and no indigestion or diarrhea.
The come down is not steep or depleting, instead its linear and easy.
all in all 8/10, I would just like the boost to last a little longer and I personally did not feel the taurine or get any tingling in my face.
Taste? yah its okay, it wasn’t as bad as I was expecting after reading the other reviews. Its a pre-work out in a tube, and I have tasted a lot worse pre work outs. But its definitely not a sweet get/ syrup.

This is great. The after taste is a little rough but after 1 minute it’s gone. However it delivers lots of energy within 15 to 20 minutes, that’ll last over 8 hours in my case. I wouldn’t recommend drinking anything with it or until 20 minutes after, because it’ll dilute the effect.

I bought these for purposes of running/ work out. But they literally make me nauseous.
I am now trying to give them away. I can’t even comment on the effectiveness of the energy bc the nausea the lasts so long!
