I got this for my son who has acne on back and chest. He said it really makes his skin feel cleaner than a wash cloth and it’s just rough enough to give a good cleaning. It’s long enough to scrub the back and very easy to rinse, squeeze water out and hang to dry. I haven’t washed it yet so I can’t comment on that. I do plan on getting a few more for the rest of us to use. Will leave another comment then.
Just got one for myself… I love it! My skin is so soft and smooth since using it.

This was for my wife. She likes the way it works, feels, and the size. HOWEVER . . . where she had it hang in the shower, it left a bright purple stain down the tiles and all over the shower floor. It was difficult to remove; required several bleach-and-scrub attempts. Now that the excess color seems to have come out, it’s fine. Suggestion: soak it over night with a bit of bleach in the water and then wring it out well. Wear rubber gloves!

First of all, I did NOT receive any type of free product or discount to buy this; I purchased it of my own volition.
Now that that’s out of the way, let me just say that this scrubby is great! I’m a 29-year-old female and I’ve been using those cheap bath poufs for at least fifteen years. While I’ve had a few months here or there where I didn’t use them, I usually went right back to them. Per the instructions on those cheap bath poufs – and for the sake of good hygiene – I always replaced my pouf every month like clockwork.
But this scrubby has (hopefully) stopped that! When it comes to bath poufs I can’t stand the exfoliating ones (also sometimes labeled as men’s at some stores) because my skin is fairly sensitive to abrasive textures. Naturally, I resorted to the cheap $1 poufs to get the job done. After about three weeks of using any given bath pouf, you can see it begin to fluff a little too much, or even start to fall apart. I’ll sometimes even scratch myself with the little plastic piece holding the rope on. Not fun.
With this scrubby, I can ball it up to wash the majority of my body, and then hold it fully open to get to my back. Balled up it isn’t too large to hold and should be manageable for most adults. When you pull it fully open, it’s not uncomfortably large to hold in both hands and makes scrubbing your back very easy. Then when you’re finished, open it fully, hold it vertically, and put it right under the shower head to rinse it in the most efficient way before hanging it to dry.
I’ve been using this scrubby for almost three weeks now and while I won’t go so far as to say my skin is drastically different because of it, it does seem to feel a bit cleaner when I get out of the shower. I’ve washed it twice (I throw it in with my towels and then air dry it) and it’s held up great! The first time through the wash it seemed to get a couple tiny frays around the edge, but they didn’t affect the quality or use of the scrubby. The fact that you can wash these makes it superior to the cheap bath poufs in that bacteria isn’t going to be running rampant each time you wash and fail to get every last bit of soap washed out of the pouf.
The texture is rougher than a cheap pouf, but not nearly as abrasive as an exfoliating pouf. It’s definitely one of my new favorite shower items and I’ve already given it twice as a gift! If you’re looking to switch things up a bit, get this scrubby; you won’t be disappointed!

I so undermined this item. This exfoliator is the truth! I have always had issues with my shoulder blades not being smooth and breaking out. So I sought out a cleanser for the dark acne scarring and this exfoliator. I have found such an awesome combination. This exfoliator has smoothed the areas and gives it a glow even despite the fading scar marks that still slightly show. I love it! I have even started my husband using it (I split it down the middle making two when I opened package). My only disappointment is that it isn’t quite long enough. Another 1-3 inches long and it would be perfect. But the texture is just right for me and my husband-I am smooth and soft!

I don’t really write reviews but for this I had to. And no I was not paid to do this review.
So I received my item about a month ago, shipping was pretty decent. I was able to track down my item every step of the way.
As for using this cloth to exfoliate my skin, it has worked wonders. First off, I have very sensitive skin on my back and have broken out really bad during my pregnancy. I also have ugly acne scars that I’m trying to get rid of. This exfoliating cloth along with my cetaphil cleanser has really helped clear up my bacne. It is not harsh to skin at all, and leaves your skin feeling really clean. Although I still have scars, hopefully with continuous use they will diminish. I definitely recommend this product to anyone, especially if you have sensitive skin.

I have been using the exfolimate for years. After a while of using it you have to get a new one as it loses its roughness and becomes to soft which means it does not exfoliate. I bought this one to replace the one I have as mine is losing its exfoliating roughness. This however is softer that the one I have been using for about 6 months. There is zero exfoliating abilities from this. Of course I cannot return it as I threw out the box before I used it since I have never had a problem before. Buyer beware.

I wasn’t sure about this purchase but I am so glad I gave it a try. This is a fantastic product. It is rough so if you have super sensitive skin this may not be the right one for you. It is perfect for me. I haven’t had any skin irritation and I feel super clean after my shower. Skin is smoother too. The ‘cloth’ is easy to use and fast to rinse out. Body wash lather’s up really well. I haven’t put it through the washing machine yet but I have heard that it washes well in a laundry bag. I will be buying more for myself and other family members.
