My wife takes digestive enzymes regularly, usually twice a day, before the two main meals of the day (we usually eat a large breakfast and lunch and go much lighter for the last meal of the day). She suffered some years ago from gastritis, and among the things that have helped keep her well is taking digestive enzymes regularly. These have worked as well as any other enzymes we’ve gotten; the list of enzymes is fairly comprehensive, which means it’ll provide a complete protection from bloating or other discomfort.
For someone who has had stomach issues but has gotten them under control, one of the more difficult things to manage is traveling, when you’re often eating in restaurants and don’t have the same control over ingredients, seasoning, and preparation methods. The best thing I can say about these is that they worked while we were traveling. My wife brought them along and took them before the main daily meals, and she never suffered discomfort. The only downside to these is that they’re pricier than other options. When we buy digestive enzymes at the local health food store, the brand we get is around $25 for a bottle of 60. I’ve seen prices anywhere from $15 to 50 for bottles of the same size, but $35 is on the higher end, when you can get something that works as well for $20 to $25.

Very good quality blend of digestive enzyme that include Lactase an enzyme that help us dairy intolerance people like me. This Evogen brand is the first that I’ve tried that include Lactase which break down Lactose in dairy products and which will allow Lactose intolerance individuals along with plenty of other digestive enzymes that aid in food digestion. I’ve have been taken these with big meal or when I include dairy in my meal and experience good result with this blended enzymes capsule, you should take these before or during meal for best result. I’ve experienced less or no bloating incident after large meal when taking this Evogen enzymes capsule. Gave this a try if you are looking for digestive aid.

This Evozyme supplement from Evogen contains numerous different digestive enzymes – Protease, Lactase, Amylase (with Diastase), Glucoamytase, Xylanase, Phytase, and Cellulase (with Beta-Glucanase). Each one of the enzymes is to help with digesting certain things, so it’s a thought-out combination. The bottle contains 60 capsules, and the recommended dose is 1 capsule with each meal. I feel that can be a bit much, and for me, I only take them with certain meals, such as after exercise.
The capsules are easy to swallow, and I notice no stomach upset or anything from it. It seems to be a decent Digestive Enzymes complex. I’ll see how things go as I continue to take it, if anything changes, I’ll update this review.

This has really helped my stomach to feel better. I usually just have one large meal a day, so these last longer. But I also take them if we eat out, even if it’s just a sandwich. They are easy to swallow and really have helped.

This capsules are easy to swallow and leave no after taste. They are to be taken with meals. I have so many gastrointestinal issues and these make a noticeable difference in my issues when taken. I’m very pleased with these digestive enzymes!

I normally take some pretty powerful digestive enzymes that have other ingredients, like herbs and probiotics. These are just enzymes. They are ok in a pinch. They do help, but maybe not as much as other brands I’ve tried.
What they do help with is my husband’s issues. He can sprinkle these on meat to help him dissolve it in his mouth. He has chronic dry mouth due to salivary glands being radiated for cancer. So no enzymes either. This stuff does help with that. Since he has very little taste buds, he doesn’t seem to notice a taste difference.

This works great for digesting beans and other legumes. No bloating, and minimal gas after taking just 1 of these bad boys. Two thumbs up!
