Best during-workout supplement I’ve ever had. The taste is not half bad. It’s sort of like a Capri-Sun. The energy, however, is what puts it over the top. It’s very noticeable after a few minutes of the amount of energy and boost that it gives you. It doesn’t put you on edge or anything. It just puts you in that high energy attitude.

I have been using a number of products from EVLution and am consistently impressed with everything – this is no exception. I previously tried the sugar free raspberry lemonade flavor and it was a bit tart, and the smell was quite pungent, but the product itself working incredibly. This is much better for my taste – not as sweet or pungent in smell. Kind of reminds me of a blue snow cone lol.. It helps me go longer, harder and more intensely in my workouts. I am also never AS sore as I would be normally the days after, as I would be if I wasn’t using this. 👌🏼 premium product at an incredibly affordable price. Thank you EVL!

Good mix of the ingredients that I want. Good flavor and the powder mixes fine. However, to get the desired result, I feel like i need to take a double serving. One just doesn’t seem to do the trick. All in all, I will probably buy again as a intra or post work out drink to help protect and heal the muscles.

I’d say after giving this a try it’s overall not bad. But I’m a little surprised based on the ingredient amounts that it doesn’t provide a bigger kick and pump.

While I can’t say there was a huge difference when I took this stuff, I can say that it did keep my well hydrated. I’ve been working out continually for over a year and I’ve noticed the best results when I eat healthy and keep myself well hydrated. I have friends who swear by this supplement so I surely can’t knock it; it just didn’t give me noticeable results, hence, 4 stars.
Pros:
– It takes like raspberry fruit punch. There’s some stank nasty stuff out there that’s almost unbearable to drink. This stuff, however, taste pretty good.
– It comes with a measuring scoop. I hate having to roam through drawers looking for a measuring table spoon. This can comes with a scoop that makes it easy to grab a serving.
– It lasts a pretty good while if you follow the serving guide. For me, it lasted about 1.5 months, taking the recommended serving (I only took it when I worked out)
Cons:
– It does not mix in all that great. While it does mix in enough to turn the water a different color, if you let it sit for a minute or two, you’ll have the mixture building up at the bottom of the glass. I usually keep a spoon in the cup so I can stir it before taking a swig.
– The serving spoon is buried in the powder. While I do enjoy a good treasure hunt, I do not enjoy the scaled down version they create by hiding the spoon almost at the bottom of the can.
All in all, I would say it’s a good product and worth of a recommendation. If you find yourself wanting to try a supplement, I’d suggest trying this to see what it does for you. I can say this: it really does taste great! So heck, use it to make punch when you have guests over. Just don’t act surprised if you look over and see them curling your dish ware.

Sou um Crossfitter ávido, treino cerca de 5 dias por semana após o trabalho (à noite, antes de dormir). Às vezes, a vida fica agitada e preciso tirar um tempo de folga por algumas semanas. Ao retornar ao Crossfit no primeiro dia depois de um tempo, fico muito dolorido na primeira noite de volta e a dor piora nos próximos dias enquanto meu corpo se readapta a se mover e levantar pesos novamente.Bem, já se passaram 2 meses desde minha última visita à box e eu sabia que precisava de alguns aminoácidos desta vez para acelerar minha recuperação, ou não conseguiria dormir por algumas noites. Novamente, no primeiro dia de volta, bebi isso durante e após meu treino. Acordei na manhã seguinte com apenas uma leve dor, o que é fenomenal. Normalmente, levantar da cama seria uma tarefa dolorosa, mas foi tudo como de costume, sem atrapalhar minha rotina diária. No entanto, isso foi apenas na primeira noite, mas já posso dizer coisas boas sobre este produto.Continuarei a atualizar ao longo das próximas semanas. E para sua informação, escolhi o sabor Blue Raz, e é tão… tão… bom. Certifique-se de usar a quantidade recomendada de água para evitar azedume ou diluição do sabor.
