This pre-workout supplement will be the next step in your journey toward your fitness goals. This product is geared toward the seasoned lifter and the experienced pre-workout user. When evaluating any pre-workout supplement, I look for four things, price per serving, strength of the stimulants, flavor, and overall effectiveness. The price of this was only $25 dollars for thirty servings, which is a good deal because each serving averages less than a dollar. The flavor, fruit punch, is delicious and you will be looking forward to this before your workout. The strength of the stimulants in this product are on the strong side of the spectrum when it comes to pre-workout. At 260 mg of caffeine per serving, this is well above the average of around 200 mg of caffeine per serving of pre-workout. Overall, this is a great pre-workout, and you will enjoy taking this and the results that come with this.

The results don’t lie, out of so many different pre workout supplements I’ve tried, this has delivered the best and most consistent effects, leading to great results. The strength and energy is there both at the gym and afterward, without any overwhelming jitters or crash. Normally when taking a preworkout, I’ll get used to the effects and plateau after a couple weeks, but after a few months of taking engn shred, I’ve noticed it works just as well as my first ever serving. I have tried more than 10 pre-workouts, hands-down. I’ve been working out for at least 30 years and do a HIIT workout every weekday morning at 5 AM. After you try a lot of pre-workouts, and you’ve been taking them for a while as many of you avid athletes know, your body becomes somewhat accustomed or immune to them. I saw the high reviews written for this specific pre-workout, and thought, why not!? I really do like thermogenics as well. In addition, I do like the tingly feeling, and I know that many people do not. This stuff certainly gives me the results I was looking for! I ordered the cherry limeade. The interesting thing about it is it kind of has a bit of a peppery kick to it. I really like that! In addition, I tend to sweat a little bit more when I’m working out due to the thermogenic part of it. I think it tastes great, and it absolutely helps me have more stamina and focus. I am not being paid for this review as I know many people usually are, but I can honestly say that this stuff definitely puts me into high gear and makes me feel like I am getting some serious work done with results in the gym! I am a 52 year old, 5’1 female, 103 pounds. I take my workout regime very seriously in addition to some of the pre-workouts that I choose to take. This preworkout is great! I’ve hit new PRs weight lifting with this pre workout. It gives me enough energy to push through a tough workout and finish hard. It tastes great and it doesn’t make me jittery or give me the tingles. Definitely will be buying this product again!
