EDIT: After reapplication, the white cast had me out looking like a ghost; awful tacky feel on my skin that I had to rinse off; and it did get onto my clothes, so I had to change too. I can’t return it so I’ll keep it around. The cast also was melting off while perspiring, and I don’t know if that has any impact on its protection and effectiveness? It was yet another unpleasant sensory experience for sure.
This review is based on my first application. This sunscreen has a white cast and very streaky, but that’s what you get with zinc oxide. However it’s unscented, which is a major plus for me as I have very sensitive skin and can’t wear any of the majority tropical scent sunscreens out there. Doesn’t seem to be coming off on or otherwise staining my clothes; I don’t go swimming so I can’t attest to its water resistance claims. But so far, so good – and if it can keep sunburn away, even better! I’m likely to stick with this brand for awhile.

We bought this product early before our cruise and upon first application, it clogged. We could BARELY get a stream out of it. It literally squirted a tiny bit and the little we got out of it was EXTREMELY hard to rub in. We looked like we spray painted our arms (with the little squirts that we got). Buy another product.

I’ve been using this for a few weeks now. I like the spray type canister and these ones don’t have any fragrance unlike the body lotions I also got to try. Even though it’s a spray I do recommend you rub it in with your hands because it is thicccc. It leaves a small white cast on my olive skin but not much. A solid reef safe sunscreen I will definitely repurchase. Love this brand!

Love this sunscreen! Bought the first version of their sunscreen and its been perfect for days at the beach. Sprays on thick but once you rub in you’re good to go. Happy that it’s water-resistant and stays on after being thrown around in the waves.

We purchased this for a beach vacation because it said reef safe. It protected well and even sprayed well but didn’t rub in very well. Left white residue.

I was very disappointed in this product. It was hard to put on and stained our lounge chairs, brick near the pool, clothes, floats and anything we came in contact with after applying it. . I scrubbed and scrubbed the concrete near the pool which helped but did not completely remove it.. I will never use this product and do not recommend it.

This is the worst purchase I’ve ever made on Amazon. It sprays in a white cream that is impossible to rub in and leaves a messy white coat that is ugly and messy. I purchased it for vacation a couple of months ago and wish I would have tried it before vacation. I would have asked to return it as totally unusable. Very disappointed. Don’t buy this unless you like spraying zinc oxide on your skin and going to the beach looking like a clown.

I bought this for Hawaii as they indicate using reef safe sunscreen. Protection wise it seemed to work great. Only thing I didn’t like is it was thick and hard to rub in so skin was left with significant white residue.
