This will seriously flush your system… as long as you are drinking plenty of water (ie a gallon each day… it was sucking moisture like crazy!). It was so effective that I saw gum (accidentally swallowed) within about 12 hours of swallowing… Sometimes I’m not sure if the total flush was 100% necessary; however, it was quite effective at pushing stuff through my system rather rapidly. And it emptied out any feeling of colon build-up. Just a note: it is effective throughout the day. You might want to be around a toilet and not go on too many long car rides through rural areas. Just saying.

Honest Review…I was very hopeful with this product because I’m a healthy eater anyway so I thought I’d get a boost on weight (at least 5lbs) I’m trying to lose before an event coming up at the end of the month. I was directed to take 1 a night for the first few days then move to 2 a night. I think the 1 was enough. It helps with constipation for sure. I was very bloated, extremely crampy which was a little painful and absolutely NO weight loss… I felt that I wasted a lot of time on this because it wasn’t effective in the way I needed it to be nor in the way it’s described to be. It’s definitely a glorified laxative. Also, the owner emailed me multiple times like a maniac because I wouldn’t give her a fake 5 star review and tried to lie that she doesn’t suggest weight loss in her description. When I provided her screenshots, she then said she would edit her descriptions, which obviously never changed. My experience was not very pleasant.

Demographics: Female in 20s, 130lbs, no known health conditions of the bowel besides being a bit delicate
Experience: I only took 1 pill instead of the recommended 2 because cascara sagrada is strong stuff for me and it was definitely enough. Any more and I believe cramps would have been too painful. I took 1 pill in the morning and mild cramps hit by the afternoon, or if I took it at night cramps would hit by morning.
It took until the 3rd day for effects to kick in and it caused diarrhea for 3 days. After that my stool thickened a bit but remained abnormally soft. I had to go about 1-3 times every day while using this. I experienced an uncomfortable level of urgency but nothing disastrous, I was in control. I think I lost about 1 pound on this but it’s hard to tell because I was also dieting at the same time. (This is not really a weight loss product anyway, you should not regard it as such. Any weight lost is literally poop and not actual fat.)
I stopped using it after 15 days because it seemed redundant at that point and I was tired of having an irritated bowel. I felt a lot better after using this though, it seemed to help regulate my bowel movements afterwards and I looked less bloated. Now I use the remaining pills for an easy laxative when desired.

I do best drinking water daily at regular intervals- hourly. Plus I take water before bed (little or I wake to pee) and water as soon as I wake up. Magic!

Took my 1st dose of 1 pill last night around 9pm an by 8:30am I finally experienced relief! Its 2pm now and havep passed stool 3 times already. A little history, I am diagnosed with Chronic Constipation. I just had 2 surgeries have been on pain killers for 18/ days and have passed 2 small stools in 18 days with laxatives and stool softeners. I was desperate went on line to research herbs and natural remedies. Then searched products in pill form. I’ve been having severe constipation due to medication….at times I couldn’t even remember when I passed stool last. Recently the constipation got worse and very uncomfortable.
