This product was very mid. I initially ordered it because someone from TikTok said it helped them majorly with cramps. They claimed that whenever their cycle started that it would take a minute for them to realize it because they experienced no cramps at all; Unfortunately, everybody’s body is different, and this was not the case for me. I’ve been taking this supplement for almost 2 months now and the only difference I’ve seen was that my cycles have been more regulated which is really good in my opinion, but I would’ve preferred experiencing no cramps over a regulated period any day.
Also ***please do your research*** I thought I thought I did enough, but apparently didn’t. I take a lot of supplements daily and started to notice lately that I haven’t had a craving for any type of sweets. This wasn’t great for me in my case because, I’m trying to gain weight not lose and I love my chocolates!! I connected this problem to this product by doing extra research within the question/comment section of this product’s page. So if you’re a candy lover, or someone who’s not trying to lose weight or change your diet this is probably not the product for you!!

First, I want to say this product is sold by weight not volume (specified on the container) so all the reviews that throwing a fit about half full/half empty are not valid. Get all the powder out and weight it before making a could be false accusation. I didn’t get a measuring spoon inside so I used my own round table spoon as instructed and I got 60 servings. Level spoon or heap full would also make different. Let’s be reasonable!
I started to have gluten intolerance 20 years ago, bloating, acid reflux, along with many unspeakable symptoms. Three years ago I saw a presentation on leaky gut from a famous doctor and realized that my problems were probably related to that and I ordered the supplement at the end of the presentation. It was special price and affordable at the promotion but after I finished I could not afford to buy more. After taking the leaky gut supplement for 18 months, I was completely cured of all the symptoms so I knew I had to continue with taking it but needed to find another affordable high quality replacement. I found this! It fit all the requirements! No gluten, no sugar, no soy, all ingredients that are not agreeable with my digestive system. I ordered and now I subscribed to monthly delivery. This product would help to maintain the gut linings and repair on occasions if needed but it’s still up to the person to not ingest anything that is known to irritate his/her digestive system in order to keep the supplement effective and the digestive system healthy. If not, it would be like keep eroding the gut linings then repair it then lead scared tissue then non repairable. No supplement could help if one does not follow at least a basic plan of prevention.

I started this approximately 2 weeks ago. I did great the first 8 days using this product, however the last few days have been super uncomfortable. My mid back hurts and my stomach bloated with some rib pain. I had a lot of bloating and stomach issues which is why I started taking this regularly. I’m not so sure it’s the product itself as I think it’s re-establishing gut integrity. I feel good overall as it definitely has had positive effects on my energy and sleep, I’m just waiting for the intestinal tract to repair and it could be too soon, we’re in a hurry too often!!
As with other modalities, including dietary changes, there is always an adjustment period where the gut has to adapt to the changes. Time will tell.
I think it’s rather expensive, but no more than some. I typically take Thorne research products if possible, but the price is really high. I do need a very clean product because I’m so reactive to low quality ingredients, and I am hoping the issues I’m having aren’t from this not being a clean product. I can’t find any real information in regards to where these companies source their ingredients from. For it could be exact suppliers just different marketing per company?
Time will tell. I will lower my dose, taking one scoop 2x a day, to half a scoop 2x a day and see if things simmer down. I will update in two weeks
Yes, it has a slight bitter aftertaste that you don’t get until it’s in your system. At least for me, and I taste it for hours. Hoping this too clears by down dosing.
UPDATE: The after taste dissipated and the other issues cleared up as I have continued to use this. I did down dose, but then went back up to 2 scoops a day. I changed the star from four to five. I do believe this is an excellent product.

The product came damaged , scratched and dirty . When it arrived it was very hot and it took a long time to arrive . This product is supposed to be in a cool temperature .

Although it is not suppose to have any type of taste , there is a mild taste to it , it is also very hard to dissolve , you either have to shake it for a couple minutes to be fully dissolved or if you have a egg whisker you can use to to melt it In. It helps suppress appetite and for persons like myself who removed a gall bladder it helps to digest food and break it down .

This is my first time trying out l-glutamine. I noticed how good I felt after using this product. It helped reduce bloating and stomach pains. I believe it is worth the money. It taste like nothing. It smells like nothing. It is great quality and has no added ingredients. Highly recommend!
