I’m not sure yet how effective the B vitamins are in this are but it tastes good. It doesn’t upset my stomach either. I will update my review if I find it beneficial.

This liquid supplement is a deep red color. I placed the drops under my tongue 30 minutes before eating breakfast as recommended. The taste is a bit sweet and it is easy to take. Unfortunately, I do not feel energized but instead almost immediately developed a bit of a headache (which I rarely get). I like that it is made in the USA in a GMP facility and it is 3rd party tested. Unfortunately, I don’t think this product is going to work for me. I will try it again tomorrow and update my review if anything is changed.

Apparently everybody says vitamin B-12?: Yes! And it is pretty easy to get the few mcg you need by eating some beef, liver, fish, clams (yuck). You vegans better eat that yeast or fortified cereal.
That being said, there is apparently no danger of overdosing on B-12. BioSource Labs has taken this to heart by giving a per dose 1500 mcg of B12, that is 62,500 % (!) of what you need per day… in one dropper-ful. So I figure the 60-day supply included in the bottle could last you the rest of your life if you cut it down to one drop a day.
On the other hand, maybe more is better? Remember, there is no “taking too much” so it can’t hurt. A dropperful also contains more than a daily dose of B-2 and B-6, the former for conversion of food to energy and the latter for your brain and immune system. B2 is in almost everything, and B-6 comes in lots of things, like chicken, chickpeas, potatoes, fish, bananas… who doesn’t like a banana-salmon upside-down potato cake?
there is also 76 mg of “cell-support blend in each dropperful. I won’t go into what is in it because I am tired of looking up all this possibly definitly healthy stuff.
It tastes like cherry cough medicine but not horribly so and you can mix it with anything if you can’t take it straight. Contains stevia and monk fruit for sweetening. I used a jeweler’s loupe (I am not kidding) to read “refrigerate upon opening for extended storage time.”
The product says “Made in USA” under a little American flag. On the back of the bottle, in even tinier print (if that is possible) “Manufactured for BioSource Labs LLC – Highland,Utah.” I am always concerned about the level of overseas quality control. Let us hope whoever is mixing up this delicate brew is domestic
I do like their product marketing and the friendly poem that comes with the box. They seem nice,.

I purchased these vitamin B drops just hoping they wouldn’t taste nasty. I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised when they tasted great. Once opened they need to be stored in the fridge. I do notice more energy now after taking them couple days. It doesn’t make you jittery or shakey at all. I would definitely recommend these. I will definitely be reordering from this seller as well.
