I’ve not been taking these Vibrant Natural brand* Essential Amino Acids (EAA) with Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAA) for very long to be able to make any definitive claims about their efficacy. I’ve never taken EAA supplements before & not with BCAA. Branch-Chain amino acids are basically proteins found in food & that our muscles burn for energy. The names of the specific amino acids that make up the BCAA are: Leucine, Isoleucine, & Valine & they’re all contained in these capsules.
There’s so much to like about this particular brand of supplements, some of which are that they’re allergen-free, made in Canada, third party tested, Gluten, Soy, & GMO free, in capsule form (this is a personal preference for me as opposed to tablet or pill form) & easy to swallow with no taste, & that the capsules are vegan, they’re manufactured in a cGMP, (Good Manufacturing Practice) Health Canada site licensed facility, the expiry date is clearly stamped, it has an NPN number, & best of all it’s “a complete source of EAA’s & BCAA’s.
As I said at the start, I haven’t been taking these supplements for as long as I would to feel comfortable in making any definitive claims about their efficacy or benefits. Once I have, if I notice anything worth mentioning, pro or con, I’ll be back to edit or update. For now though, I’m giving it 5 Stars based on my experience with this product up until this point in time. This is subject to change over time. There is a category of a Star rating for “Flavor”. My 5 star rating for that particular category is based on the fact that I didn’t find any.

I am generally fairly skeptical about supplements and these are no different to me. I eat a relatively balanced diet, yet I am always interested in what is available to supplement my diet or health in various ways.
I have taken these for about a week now, and, to be honest, I don’t notice much effect on me. That’s my honest opinion. Maybe they have some health benefit this is not noticeable in normal physical activity on a daily basis. I can’t tell. Maybe it’s like taking vitamin B; it has an effect that you don’t necessarily notice.
So, I am perhaps not a great judge of this product, as I don’t notice any effects. I’ll leave it up to you to consider whether or not this product is appropriate for you. For example, if a health professional has prescribed such a product, maybe this would fill that niche. But, that is not the case for me.
I feel like this product doesn’t apply to me, and that’s not really the product’s fault. It’s just not a good match.
