This happy guy sits on our sink and cheerfully does his job every day. Now that he has joined our staff, the woven scrubbies from an aunt sit around and just gab with the soap pump. He is efficient at cleaning bowls and plates and even squeezes himself in cups and glasses when needed.
He got some greasy oil on his face when we first got him and I was worried he’d be stained for a short life, but it came off with a quick run in the dishwasher and he was back to new.
He isn’t really a soaky sponge but a scrubby one—which is good because it means he isn’t holding a bunch of moisture all the time.
I know he won’t last forever but when his time is down, we’ll call up his cousin from below the sink and start fresh. This guy has lasted a couple months now and I figure he’s got 2 or 3 more in him so I think he’s a good value.

These are sturdy sponges that do a very nice job of cleaning pots and pans. They don’t scratch but they do a great job of removing all the food and crumbs – better than those pads that have a sponge on one side and a scouring pad on the other. The ridged portion of the edge is great for cleaning narrow places. The sponge itself is easy to hold and holds soap well, too. The only thing I don’t care for is trying to clean utensils – you’re supposed to put them in the happy face mouth to scrub them but this doesn’t work all that well. I use a regular cleaning pad for that, but for other surfaces this Scrub Daddy is my go-to. They last a long time, too. Well worth the money.

When I first opened these I wasn’t sure about the texture. After using one I’ve decided I like them better in the kitchen for dishes than any other sponge. Very absorbant, good for a general scrub. I still use one of those green scrubbies for a tough job on a pan. They seem like they will hold up well which is a big plus because others seem to fall apart too quickly.

One of its standout features is how it changes texture depending on the water temperature. In cold water, it has a rough texture, perfect for tackling tough messes, while in warm water, it softens, making it gentle enough for delicate items. And don’t worry about your pans; it does not scratch at all!
When it first arrived, I noticed it was a bit stiff, but after a couple of uses, it worked beautifully. Another bonus is that it dries quickly, so you don’t have to deal with a soggy sponge sitting by your sink.

These sponges are very stiff and hard unless you use hot water. It takes a long time for the water in our kitchen sink to get hot so most of the time I use them they are not soft like a sponge should be. They are good at scrubbing pans and stove top, but not good at cleaning counters and have no absorbency. I do like that they don’t absorb odors. I find that they are durable and work well on the bathtub and shower.

These are great sponges that work really well, and make doing the dishes, a lot more fun. There is a soft side and a coarser side, that do not damage the surface of your pans, and get them very clean.
