It’s a good product but 2 jars ordered and one jar arrived in same package with lid off and Himalayan salt scrub emptied into the package. No reply from seller and no replacement for lost product. Beware of this seller.

I’m looking for a replacement for a rose salt scrub, and this is the 5th different scrub I’ve tried.
I love the smell (literally smells like cotton candy), but it’s not as long lasting as I would have hoped. Bigger container would be awesome.

Starting off with the product itself:
It’s amazing. I used it as soon as it showed up to my door. I could see piles of dead skin / product buildup coming off as I washed. It left my skin feeling really soft & smelling delicious. It’s a very light scent, almost like cotton candy. Highly recommend, I’ll be ordering more when I’m out
Customer service:
Unfortunately when my product showed up it was opened & spilled all over the bag. The seller does sell through Amazon & their own shop so I messaged the shop directly to let them know. They responded immediately & are sending new product to apologize. I was able to save most of the product that spilled (thank you Amazon plastic lined bags) so I really wasn’t even upset! Great people, great products
