Sometimes it just doesn’t turn on. Tried changing batteries and tapping it gently. Thought it was broken and then the next day it turned on. Just unreliable vibration function.

This toothbrush broke within a few months it snapped off now the heads fall off which is dangerous for a toddler.

I bought this for my 4 year old to help her get used to the sensation of a vibrating toothbrush, but this just makes a buzzing sound. There is no vibration. It’s fine as a toothbrush, but extremely expensive for that.

Unfortunately, I bought this for a little one who loves to brush her teeth! I am very manual and pratical enginner and guess what?! I was not even able to install the battery inside. The instructions are poorly written and so don’t help that much. Not ready to use yet! Unbelivable ….
