After just one dose I have HORRIBLE stomach cramps and diarrhea. Do not try this. And it’s not returnable!!!!!!

This doesn’t taste great, but it isn’t awful (and the flavor doesn’t linger). The sweetness of the glycerine base helps make it palatable.
It is reasonably priced, and a good option if this is an herb you want to try and you would prefer a non-alcohol base.

I am a huge believer in herbal medicine, so I was excited to try this. Herbal tinctures and natural medicine is the only way I chose to treat health issues, as well as wellness, and this is totally in my wheelhouse. I take a dropper at the end of my night, about an hour before I go to bed. It definitely helps to quiet my chaos and lends to peaceful slumber.
