It might sound a little dramatic, but this is a product that my family and I have been on for the past 12 years and we really have a hard time functioning without it. We deal primarily with clinical depression, anxiety, and a few other disorders, including Autism and ADD.
If you have issues with any CNS (Central Nervous System) disorder such as ADD, ADHD, OCD, Depression, Bipolar, or Autism, Equilib is high quality complex of amino acids and other herbal formulas that help moderate the CNS.
The differences I notice are that I am calmer, less likely to snap at people because I feel good, I am healthier and my nails grow stronger than they ever have, my skin is clear and my energy levels tend to be elevated. My husband has a hard time sleeping if he takes it at night, and so do I occasionally, so we take it in the morning and at noon.
My son with autism takes this everyday before school to help even out the mood swings. We see a difference at home, too, if he has temper flares and he takes this, he is calm (but not tired) within 30 minutes.
One of the things I love is that you can take this while you are still taking your other meds. I was on a prescription anti-depressant when I first started Equilib, and I was able to start Equilib and then taper off the other meds. (And the folks at Equilib are SUPER nice about working with your doctor in tandem throughout this process.)
I must mention a little more about Equilib’s support line. The people that work at Equilib are so compassionate, and have many suggestions to help along the journey of achieving optimal emotional/physical health in the face of CNS challenges. My niece who was held at gunpoint at work was on 9 different prescriptions and she seemed to be coping okay–but after this traumatic event, her hair started falling out and she had extreme anxiety in spite of her prescriptions (one of which was an anti-anxiety).
She was able to taper off of all but two of her rx meds and switch primarily over to Equilib and fish oil. She is doing better emotionally than she ever has been. I really attribute this to the fact that Equilib is a nourishment product. When we experience extreme stress, the nutrients in our body are depleted at a higher rate than without that stress. With a CNS disorder, the body is under a pretty constant stream of unusually high stress, so Equilib helps replenish that burn out state that can occur. It is not a bandaid, it is a solution.
I am very grateful for Equilib, and am happy I know about it. I tell all of my friends about it who struggle, or who have children who struggle. It is worth a try–if it works, it can provide a more independent life solution to managing these difficult issues.

I initially started using Equilib years ago because of anxiety and insomnia triggered by some hard life events. It was wonderful to have these go into remission. What I didn’t expect was how many other issues also healed. These included chronic heartburn, IBS, very painful muscle cramps, constipation and perhaps most surprising, severe uncontrollable carbohydrates and sweets cravings. I just couldn’t stop until I was stuffed. These problems have all disappeared and remained gone. 🙂

I’ve been using Equilib for the last week and already feel it’s effects thru my body.
I’m healing a TBI and the brain fog , confusion, irritability , and random CNS “hiccups” were wreaking havoc on my physical system . My doctor recommended me to this and raw calcium , so these are my two protocol supplements. I’ve felt in the best mood in awhile, I notice when I play my Harp I don’t confuse the clefs so much and I’m playing smoother. I have a new sense of renewed C a l m and Self regulation that feels entirely supported by this medicine. I take this and I purchased the Jade/Tourmaline PHYMAT PEMF and infrared heating mat. I was so happy to see Equilib here on Amazon. This is an awesome product. I have been taking it for several years. While I don’t suffer from any mood disorders I have found Equilib to be an excellent general wellness product. Since I began taking Equilib I have been more mentally alert.
