    I did some research on EPC Endurance, out of Oregon, and discovered that they have been in the supplement business since 1978 and specialize in extended and sustained released supplements. They believe that by mimicking the body’s natural digestion cycle it helps with nutrient absorbtion. Their founder is a biochemist and was a founder of sustained released technology. This really got my attention. My friend loves their products and has had good results with this Glucosamine & Chondroitin blend and recommended this to me.

    The capsules are medium to large size and have a chalky consistency, not a capsule. They include 200 tablets and recommend 3 a day, spread out over your 3 meals. The other “filler” ingredients are all vegetable based.

    Overall, I appreciate that these are sustained release and the research they put into the product. These supplements are a staple for people who are aging and I welcome any help with my mobility as I get up there in years. I feel these are a good value for the science and amount you get.

    These supplement pills are huge! Difficult to swallow, but once I take one, I can’t say for sure if it supports my joint health but I seem to feel better most days. Hard to be specific in the ways it works. I also like the time release to feel on-going effects.

    These are easy to swallow and works well for me. And my joints There are no weird flavors or aftertaste either. Great product! I have had no ill effects from taking these.

    I take 3 of these every day. I have taken this for about 4 years. I definitely notice when I skip more than a day. I have some degenerative hip pain and this really seams to help the pain and slow the wear and tear. I know there are other brands but my chiropractor recommended this brand because of the “other ingredients” being better and not including shells.

    As I have gotten older and work out almost 6 days a week, my overall vitality has been affected. It is expected so anything that helps is always welcomed. I do take a few different supplements but decided on this one as it supposedly helps with my back and knees, two problem area from all the running I do. It’s only been a few days but so far so good. I like the ingredients and the sustained released so I just take one in the morning and it helps throughout the day. I like it.

    It’s not easy to swallow 3 big tablets every day. And the price is rather high compared to other glucosamine supplements.
