Enzymedica SubCulture Probiotic for women is made in the USA with global ingredients. 1 capsule a day, 1 month supply. Vegetarian, gluten free, Kosher and also don’t contain a lot of typical allergens. The capsules are delayed release which is necessary to reach the intestines. They are on the medium side and easy to swallow and tasteless. Expiration is 2 years out so plenty of time to use.

There are 30 capsules in the bottle, with a recommended daily dose of 1 daily. Each capsule contains 50 billion CFU. The caps are free of common allergens, are vegan, non-GMO and need no refrigeration. I also like that this doesn’t need to be refrigerated. The capsules are easy to swallow, IMHO, and I’m very pleased with this product.

I was very pleased to find a probiotic for women. Most drugs are tested on men and men have different needs than women so I believe that this supplement may be more effective for me than general ones.

I’m happy with the Subculture Probiotic for women. There are 30 capsules and the dose is one per day. I take them primarily for digestion but they are also formulated for vaginal and immune wellness. They are easy to swallow. They are vegetarian and kosher. They do not need to be refrigerated, but simply kept closed in a dry place. There is no off-putting or overwhelming scent or taste. I’ve taken them for abput a week and they seem to function as well as a probiotic I usually take.

I’m very happy with this probiotic. I like that it includes some of the specific strains that have research behind them. I like that there’s a wide range of strains to cover all the bases. I always look for probiotics that have delayed release capsules, and this one does.

I really like these Enzymedica SubCulture Probiotics. They have 50 billion CFU, are time released, and you only need to take one a day. Everything I want and need in a women’s probiotic. They are easy to swallow as well.
