For over a year now I have been working at converting my lifestyle to a more alkaline emphasis for health reasons. I have found that running an acidic body increases pain, zaps energy and creates immune stress.
I discovered Ph Basic Enzymes last year and they have been excellent for keeping my Ph alkaline when the rigors of life make it challenging to follow an alkaline diet or situations of over exertion with resultant muscle/joint pain and inflammation. Ph Basic helps the body flush out the toxins and acidity which in turn decreases pain and increases energy.
Ph Basic Enzymes are good to have on hand when you are challenged to eat your leafy green vegetables 🙂 and drink enough water, especially alkaline water. Helps with my IC problem, no other medication needed. Tried many suplements for this problem before, but this is my favorite. Very happy with results. I am using already 3rd bottle and recomending to my family. Small capsules and I need 1 or 2 of them a day. It works to normalize your acidity level, if it is too high or too low.

After doing some research regarding ph in urine, I found that if I include more alkaline foods and supplements in my diet then my urine ph would be more balanced. I did that and sure enough, my urine ph went from 4.5 (very acidic) to about 6.25 (acidic but closer to optimal). I eat one large apple a day, at least one calcium supplement, vitamin C, citrus fruit if possible, green vegetables, and more milk. The test strip included were terrible – they bled and looked like my urine was very basic which wasn’t true. Test strips by ph-ion worked much better. I stopped using this product almost immediately after I made adjustments to my diet and bc I already use enzyme Digest caps by enzymedica – this product also contain enzymes in addition to potassium bicarb, sodium bicarb, and magnesium citrate. Btw, enzymes are alkaline, which is probably one reason it is included. Personally, I think adjusting your overall diet is a much better value, will save you money, can tastes better, and can satisfy your hunger too. 🙂
Having said all this, it is important to get more alkaline foods in your diet. It fixed a big part of my indigestion problems and maybe other problems too. Do some research on acidic urine and you will get a lots of information on how balancing the ph will affect you.

I have been using this product for three months and have found it to keep my pH at a healthy level. It also has the added benefit of taking and keeping off that stubborn 4 to 5 pounds of weight that previously refused to come off.

I love this product, it does just what it said it would do. Ive been taking it for about 3 weeks and I can see a difference already. I am able to use the restroom 2 to 3 times a day compared to my previous 1 time per day. It lets me know that the enzymes are breaking my food down. I ordered another bottle for my daughter who has serious issues with her digestive system. She’s been taking it for about 2 weeks and she loves it. This product really works; I will continue to order it from this company. Grwat results!

I have a natural MD who recommended balancing my pH and I read the books and tried the diet and it never seemed to bring my pH from being too acid. When I finally bought pH-Basic from Amazon.com, my test strips became more normal and I take this every day. Enzymedica is a great company and I also take their Serra Gold (anti-inflamatory for arthritis) and Natto-K (instead of baby aspirin to protect my heart – it is safer and there are no side effects). I am glad that I discovered these products because they really work and they keep me healthy.
