I have used Enzymedica Digest Gold for years now as my go to digestive enzyme. I thought to try this for when I feel that I need just a bit more and usually take 2 of the Digest Gold. So instead of taking 2, I take 1 of the Digest Gold before meals and then follow with this one. It’s working well so far. And have used it alone for lighter meals and snacks.

I’ve had a great experiences with Enzymedica products. For me, they actually work… and don’t have any negative effects. This product has not been an exception.
It arrived yesterday, in time for a challenging protein-rich meal last night. I’m glad it did. I’ve used other papaya enzyme supplements in the past, but this one is the finest I’ve used.
The tablet is chewable, and about 4 times the size of a normal aspirin. It’s slightly granular when chewed, but easily dissolves while remaining palatable. The flavor isn’t particularly discernable as papaya, but reminiscent and primarily sweet. In my estimation, anyone could find these easy to take.
The proof of effectiveness was there, both before bed, and this morning. No digestive issues whatsoever last night, or today. It has clearly aided my digestive process, and helped make a typically challenging meal into an only pleasant experience.
Enzymedidica makes great products. I’ve used others before, yet this one improves on my previous experiences. Top quality, well packaged, affordable, reliable, organic, TRUSTWORTHY.
