I have been using Natto-K on-and-off for over 3 years at the time of this writing. This preparation contains Nattokinase and Bromelain, along with some other enzymes. The are primarily considered to be digestive enzymes. I initially took it, along with another Nattokinase supplement of a higher dosage, at a time when I had a suspected incidence of DVT (Deep vein thrombosis). As I could not obtain medical attention until the next day, I took several doses of the two supplements throughout the night. By morning the condition had alleviated, by 50% or more. I remained on the supplement at higher dosages (around 6 per day, plus the other Nattokinase supplement) for about two more weeks. Since then, I have continued to take Natto-K at lower dosages, usually 2 capsules per day, a few days each week. I take the Natto-K in conjunction with Dr’s Best Serrapeptase and Nattokinase. I have no apparent side effects.
WebMD has a good general writeup on both nattokinase and bromelain, one of the other enzymes in Natto-K. While there are some cases where it is recognized that the enzymes included in Natto-K may be effective, many claims, such as lessening of arterial blockages, are made without any scientific evidence. For what I used it for, it was sublimely effective, and I think enough of it to keep it in my regimen, and have recommended it to others.

Having suffered a pulmonary embolism during pregnancy and hating to shoot myself up with lovinox this was a wonderful product. Taking therapeutic doses and changing my eating and walking a lot saved me having to take lovinox for more than a year. I was free and clear from blood clots in 3 months when my leg was completely full of them. Due to the enzyme base of this product it felt completely safe to take during pregnancy. Now in my second pregnancy I am taking it as a preventative 1 a day and am still free and clear of clots. This is a great product alternative in my opinion to the prescriptions.

He has been taking it for a couple of months along with a lot of other supplements I have been giving him. 10,000 IU of D3 being one of them. He says that his heart seems to beat a little more smoothly. He takes two in the morning because it’s about the only time he can have a fully empty stomach. lol
I do have a friend who said her husband has been taking it. He has had severe heart palpitations and she said it has helped him tremendously.
When he goes back to the doctor and his cholesterol is checked then we will know how much it is helping in that area.
UPDATE: We ran out of the Natto-K for a couple weeks and my husband said, “Why am I not taking those pills that clears my arteries any longer? I don’t feel as good as I have been since I have stopped.” Therefore, I ordered more…

This special enzyme appears to be gradually reducing the amount of scar tissue that has been binding my knee after joint replacement surgery….. As it says, it breaks down excess fibrin in the blood, so the scar tissue is able to dissolve. The mobility has definitely improved since taking this.

Removed the excess fibrin that was seen under a microscope in the blood, within a week. doesn’t help me a bit on the Cholesterol however. Think my muscle/tendon aches are going away also. Supposed to be good with scar tissue removal.

Helps keep my blood clean and free of clotting. This is the best form of Nattokinaise. My doctor suggested I use it.

My friend’s spike protein levels went from 25,000 times higher than normal after the C shot to a 25% reduction in 3 months. Hopefully they will continue to reduce. But, seems to be helping so far. I bought this as a precautionary measure although I did not do the C jab.

I have taken Natto-K since 2010 because I had a heart attack and was on aspirin for a short time and it and Plavix really hurt my stomach badly and I found out about Nattokinase, an enzyme formula which is safe and no side effects and it does the same thing as aspirin for the heart . It is used in Japan and Europe and has been clinically tested there. If you want to prevent a heart attack, this is the best thing you can do, besides diet and exercise.
