My son has had stomach problems for a few years now and we’ve tried many different things. We’ve finally found a combination that has mostly solved his stomach problems. We buy him the brand “A2 milk” from the store and order A2 cheese from Nordic creamery (online). We buy in bulk and freeze the cheese and use a cheese slicer to slice it. He rarely eats other dairy products other than these A2 products except for butter, which has a small amount of lactose and dairy proteins. With every meal and snack he takes one chewable lactaid pill and one of these digestive enzyme pills. In general, we have also cut out a lot of junk food, but this was for health reasons. We went from daily stomach aches and frequent calls from the school nurse to hardly any for a couple of months now. Sharing in case it can help someone else in a similar situation.

Give this to the kids after eating what we consider a heavy meal. Even I have used it quite a few times on meals that I usually feel bloated after eating or notice I feel full longer and these do the trick with helping my body digest the food easier.
