Works great for hiatal hernias. I take two of these at night before I go to bed with water and they do the job in relieving any discomfort I might have during the night as a result of my hiatal hernia. I also sleep on a large wedge pillow, drink baking soda water and have a chiropractor that can manage my hernia but this product has been very helpful.

Not sure what’s going on maybe it is not the real deal product. Another review did say the bottles bigger than it was and the taste went from good to bad. This is my first time ordering. It tasted bitter, sour and unpleasant but may help with heartburn. It seemed to help with mild heart burn but when it was severe I literally took about six of them an bed did by work had to have be baking soda and water as well.

It has a pleasant orange taste and helps ease heartburn rather quickly. Sometime I have to repeat dose but at least I’m not automatically reaching for the zegerid (omeperzole+bicarb). I have used it for the occasional heartburn wine I have that might cause the reflux, as well as after tomato sauces and spicy foods which can be a trigger for me.
