Dairy and wheat are the main culprits of stomach upset for me. I can take Digest, even after eating, for 10-minute relief from intense pain. If I take Digest before meals, I don’t experience the gas buildup that activates my hiatal hernia. I found Digest in Whole Foods when I was having an episode. It was the only product on the shelf and I found out why. I have only tried the basic formula because that works for my occasional lapses in judgment so I am not sure what benefits the other formula’s bring to the table. But when I cannot sleep I take one tablet and I am asleep 20 minutes later.

I am very sensitive to carbs but I love them. If I eat a really carb heavy meal or have a carb-rich snack too late at night I often feel like a miserable bloated mess the following day. These capsules really easy that discomfort. It’s no miracle but I am so grateful to have found something that helps.

I want share a story of just how potent this brand is. I’ve taken enzymes in the past, but in tablet form, so I’ve never opened the capsule and sprinkled it on my food. This morning I fixed myself a bowl of oatmeal (just quick oats with some soy milk), and the oatmeal was it’s usual thickness. Well, I opened the enzyme capsule and sprinkled on my oatmeal, and then stirred it in… moments later, the oatmeal was as thin as soup! That is how quickly this brand of enzymes works to break-down foods!

I’ve only been using this for a week but I’m very happy with the results. It seems to take care of my digestive issues. I’ve had problems since I was a teen (I’m in my 60’s now) and have tried nearly everything to stop the cramping, gas and bloat I frequently experience after even a small meal. This even worked after a meal of lasagna. One doctor told me I had a bad gall bladder but now I’m wondering if I was misdiagnosed. I hope you never stop making this, it is really a Godsend for me.

Das beste Produkt welches ich seit Jahren gesucht und endlich gefunden habe. Kann seit vielen Jahren endlich wieder richtige Portionen essen und mein Gewicht halten. Davor, mit dem Schweinekram-Pankreatin konnte ich kaum essen, weil’s nicht half und jede Menge Gifte auch noch enthalten waren (Phtalate, Stearate usw.). Habe damit meine Gesundheit noch mehr ruiniert. Leider verordnen die Ärzte nur das “Pharmazeugs”, egal ob’s hilft oder nicht. Auf o.g. kam ich leider erst durch jahrelange Recherchen. Viele Produkte sind für die “Katz”, weil sie einfach nicht in jedem PH-Bereich wirken. Aber genau das ist wichtig. UND DIESE ENZYME VON ENZYMEDICA wirken so wie es sein soll und vor allem wirkt es zur Verdauung aller im Essen vorhandenen Stoffe. Das war mir sehr wichtig, denn als Vegetarierin braucht man vorwiegend Verdauungsenzyme für die Cellulose. Welches andere Produkt hat das schon? Die Bandbreite der Enzyme ist enorm. Schade, dass dieses Produkt nicht apothekenpflichtig ist. Somit bleibt man komplett auf den Kosten sitzen. Aber ich bin glücklich, diesen tollen Enzymkomplex gefunden zu haben. Danke, Enzymedica!
