I have a very sensitive stomach and every time my Dr. would tell me to use something to aid in limiting the candida in my stomach I would react to it. So I was struggling along with the anti-candida diet which helps, but was still having a lot of annoying symptoms so I decided to look through Amazon for products that didn’t have too many negative “stomach issue” reviews. While Candidase did have some I decided to give it a try and am happy to report my sensitive stomach has not let let out a peep in complaint. My stomach does not feel bloated anymore and the sluggishness I felt has for the most part has gone away. I also try to stick to a low(ish) histamine diet as I had hives daily for over a year and this product has not created a problem in that respect either. I think my histamine problem and the candida go hand-in-hand and hope one day I will be able to eat more foods that I have had to eliminate. I have only used this product for a little over a month and I still know if I forget a dose and am still taking 2×2 a day. I have no idea how long I’ll need to be on this, if it takes a year so be it, I just want my health and energy back. My Dr. approved of this product, but he did say it’s not very strong, but I feel some of us need to take things slow so as not to overwhelm our system.

I’ve been taking this product for over a year on and off, and it’s the best of the best. I don’t think I ever actually had candida but this really helps me maintain my weight after binging on food and drinks with friends. For example, I went on a trip with friends and we were indulging in all the bad, packaged, yeast-filled foods. Kraft Mac n cheese, hot dogs, cake, anything you can imagine at restaurants. I am a typical health-nut who eats very clean typically so I know my body doesn’t react well to processed food, so I decided to take this with me. On that trip alone, it prevented bloat and weight gain. I actually left feeling thinner. Now I always take it after a party or event that caused me to eat more yeast filled foods. If I’m eating clean I don’t have to during the week but a typical Sunday, Monday, Tuesday ritual is for me to take these to help digest the weekend fun. I’m at the maintain level where my body can handle 2 capsules a day. I started out this way and it definitely causes some diarrhea each time you restart, but it was never unbearable or painful for me. In fact, it was kind of enjoyable to know it’s detoxing correctly.
I also have panic disorder and anxiety and this helps immensely with both of those too since my gut flora is in check.

I initially bought this for my daughter but I started taking it and my chronic itchy skin and scalp has GONE! I’m still in a bit of shock but this stuff works. My itchy skin was internal nothing topical would help. My head used to itch so much and it was so annoying. I would wake up scratching. Since I started this it’s non existent. I take this alongside Candex. I alternate the two. These enzymes 100% work. I will take them for life!

Short answer: this works! Based on other reviews I started at a much lower dose than suggested on the label. I took just one before bed and felt it working soon as it was digested. I take the other an hour before lunch. My belly bloat and discomfort after eating were greatly reduced by the second day. The third day I started taking two at each time interval. My diet is basically the candida maintenance diet, not even the cleanse level. I am going to finish out 7 days and see if I feel like going for 14. I already feel like this product has cleared up YEARS of “not quite right but I don’t know what” (bloat, indigestion, low-grade UTI & yeast infection, bloodshot dry eyes)
I had tried this product before but I was eating the typical American diet and started with higher dose level and felt sick so I quit taking it for a long time. I do suggest starting lower to see how it reacts to your system. From now on I will always have a bottle of this on hand to keep things in check!

Sometimes it’s difficult to take the pills 2 hours after a meal and 1 hour before (I like to snack throughout the day), but I think the product worked well for me! I have had vaginal yeast infections for 3 years, and my symptoms seemed to decrease within a week of beginning this product. I also digested REALLY well when I was taking these, especially on top of Culturelle probiotics and psyllium seed husk. I ordered another batch today, and I’m hoping they’ll work even better this time! Note that I did not change my diet much while taking them, and I know I would have had a better outcome if I had cut out the pizza and beer!

I am male and have struggled for many years with an apparent yeast sensitivity, often having nausea and bloating a day after a meal with starches and sugars.
