I use this product because I have a sensitivity to onions. So much so that I have to forgo having onions on hamburgers or in potato salad (or any salad). This definitely helps me survive eating fresh sliced onions (but I still avoid onions that have been prepped for several days). I use these all the time. Found them several years ago on Swanson’s website but now that I can order through Amazon, I’m even happier. These enzymes are great if you have problems digesting foods. Not just one food but all food. I am a bit older and find I cannot digest foods the way I did when I was younger. Trouble is, I still love those same foods. I started taking these after a friend recommended them. Been taking them since 2007 and I love them. Don’t think you have to pay huge amounts of money to get quality. These DE’s are just as good as the high priced ones and work just as well.

My son (age 18) was having severe stomach problems. He was vomiting several times a day. He went to a specialist who did all sorts of tests and said that nothing was wrong with him. The doctor even told him he was forcing himself to throw up. I read about enzymes and suggested that he try them.
