I usually hate to write reviews but I have had such great results from these digestive enzymes I just have to tell about it. Even after just the first day I started taking them I had a great reduction in belching and bloating. I had my doubts even after reading reviews but decided to give it a try. I am so glad I took the chance because I am not miserable like I was before. Buy it!

Easy to add to a protein shake or most of my meals. My provider put a drop of my blood under a microscope and discovered that I had Trousou Syndrome…where my red blood cells clump together, which is why I don’t sweat well, and I have poor circulation. But, only a naturopathic doctor might do this…not a western medicine man. But, anyway, it was a simple solution to add a protein enzyme to help break down my proteins. Good prices, easy to use, and better bang for your buck than the capsules.

For anyone who suffers with IBS these natural capsules can be very helpful. I use them and purchased them for my son, who has found they made a noticeable difference for him as well. Made from green papaya, they contain a unique enzyme that helps settle and stabilize the digestive tract, and they should be taken daily to be most effective. I particularly like this brand. I feel a little ripped off. All the capsules have an empty gap in them. Some more than others. I think the product is good but i didnt get 150 capsules worth. Not trying to be so picky, but i have ordered alot of supplements and none have had the powder so loose inside.
