I ordered this product because I read the reviews. I have been switching between different brands for digestive enzymes products. So I decided to give a try. And this product is a game changer. The instruction suggests twice a day and I started with one capsule, then gradually increased to twice a day. It helped with faster digestion good! A bit fruity smell when i opened the bottle. Compared to other brands which I can smell the plastic scent from the capsule material which is always my major killing factor. Soften the stool, also reduces the odor a bit (personal feelings). Value for the money and great performance! Highly recommend!
