I’m so happy I ordered this AiricePac Ice Pack Head Wrap. It is very comfortable to wear. The fabric is very soft fleece and feels great against my skin. It’s so convenient that it’s hands-free and with the adjustable velcro strap, it’s easy to get a snug, yet comfortable fit. The soft gel packs are in just the right place for my jaw line. And they stay soft even right out of the freezer, so they feel gentle and conform to the shape of my face. I love that you get four packs so if I want to use the wrap longer, I can simply switch out the packs. That being said, the packs do stay nice and cool for about 15-20 minutes which is the typical amount of time I would use the ice pack wrap anyway. The packs are fairly easy to get in and out of the pack. I found I needed to fold them just a bit to slide them in the wrap openings but once you get them in the “pocket”, they fit beautifully. The fabric wrap is not only incredibly soft, but it’s well made. This item is just quality all around. This ice pack head wrap has been an absolute game changer for me and my clenched jaws. It’s so comfortable, soothing and easy to use. Highly recommend!

I have issues with my jaw, maybe from sleeping wrong but not sure. Anyways, this iced head wrap is fantastic. The fabric is very soft and comfortable against my skin and when I’m in pain that counts a LOT. I like that this comes with a spare set of ice packs that can be in the freezer while I’m using the other set. I’ve had to go and fetch that 2nd set from the freezer before so it’s perfect. The gel packs work well and last on average about 20 minutes before they are no longer cold. This helps reduce the pain in my jaw and makes my day easier. The hook and loop closure makes it nice to adjust so it’s not too tight but tight enough to stay on. Huge fan of this Ice Pack Head Wrap.

I saw videos where people wore something similar to ice their face and my oral surgeon’s Post-Op instructions included icing the cheeks so I bought this before my procedure and it was very worth it. I kept two in the freezer while I used two, which made recovering/healing so much easier since I could be hands free. I used it for the first 4 days post-op before I found it was time for a warm compress. The item itself cannot be heated so if you are looking for one that can do both I wouldn’t recommend it, but I didn’t do a warm compress and in my checkup appointment, my surgeon told me I actually healed very well, all my stitches were intact (so those got removed) and said to keep doing warm salt water rinsing and irrigation and then warm compresses. So I’d say if you are getting your wisdom teeth removed soon, the warm salt water rinsing (do it after everytime you eat) and icing (20min on and off as much as possible) the first few days after the procedure are crucial to speeding up/promoting the healing. The warm compress after is to really help lessen the swelling from there but I find the warm salt water rinsing has a very similar effect if not better because it is on the inside and is also preventing infection as well. If you really want warm compress the old-fashioned warm water cloth works great or doing the laundry and putting a spare hand towel works as well.

This is very nice. I wish I would have had this sooner. It is so convenient and much better than physically holding an ice pack to my face. The 4 icepacks are nice for nonstop rotation- I read a review that the icepacks were hard to get in and out of the slots, but I got them in with ease. The coolness level is excellent; not too cold, yet cold enough to soothe my pain.

Bought this for my daughter before she had her wisdom taken out. So easy to use and no need to hold in place like a regular ice pack. It comes with 4 ice packs that slip in the mask so we always had 2 ready to use !

We got this for our younger sons pending wisdom teeth surgery.
The surgery hasn’t happened so can’t offer any review if the therapeutic benefits.
The pads chill well, they flexed well to confirm to his face. So he is well prepared for some comfort.
I won’t need again but I’d buy again. Get this if your child is about to have their wisdom teeth out.
