In my constant persuit of better health and managing my RA naturally I found this new bacteriophage technology. It is truly remarkable. My research into gut dysbosis and the causes of inflammation led me to realizing how much the gut biome bacteria ratio mix matters. Many of us that suffer from chronic inflammation have an overgrowth of several e coli strains that cause inflammation and allergies. I was completely amazed at how much systemic inflammation this product reduced. Unfortunately the first time I tried this I did not go slow enough and ended up making my leaky gut worse. The problem is: when you kill off bad bacteria they produce toxins as they die off and your body has to remove those toxins. If you kill off the bacteria faster than your body can remove the toxins you end up with what’s called a herxheimer reaction. This can make you not feel well and can cause leaky gut. It took me a few months to heal my gut after the first time I took it. The second time I went a lot slower and only take one capsule a day. Two capsules a day seems to be too much for me right now. Maybe if I can get my gut healthier I could handle it. One a day is still making a significant difference for me in my inflammation and allergies. This will continue to be part of my regimen to manage my inflammation. The short of it is I hurt less and I can breathe better. Yay!

Are use this to help me with a fungus under my toenail that I’ve had for years. After taking this for 30 days the fungus is gone.

First and foremost I love that this product does not have to be refrigerated as most probiotics need to be refrigerated to keep the bacteria alive. I like that it has many ingredients I recognized as I take probiotics and prebiotics very regularly but this product also has many ingredients that I have never heard of. With my intestinal issues, I am very excited to see what kind of long-term difference this will give me. I can say that the prebiotic part has made it much easier for me to be able to eat early in the day without any problems, I have a dairy intolerance and other complicated gut issues- so that’s amazing for me. Plus, it’s dairy free! Just an added benefit. This probiotic offers so many gut benefits. Digestion, gastrointestinal health and even growth of better microbes! I’m sold.
