We eat all sorts of natural foods. We use herbs a lot for tea, medicinal uses, and even added to food in unique ways. We are not averted to spices, and we like many different things. This powder, however, is a struggle for my husband.
HOW THIS COMES
This comes in a plastic jar with a scoop inside.
HOW HE TOOK THIS
He took this by using 1 scoop and working up to 2. Because our diet is healthy and with fiber, he did not find it necessary to take 3 scoops as recommended as upper parameter.
He tried to take this in tea which turned him off. He tried to put it in his natural cereal mix and did not like that. Finally he just throws it into water and takes it that way.
FLAVOR
The flavor is like a spicy chai tea. My husband is not a big chai tea fan. He is not that crazy about the flavor in anything honestly.
MIXING
This HAS to be whisked or blended in a blender if taking in a liquid. It does not mix easily so it takes some effort to do.
DOES IT HELP?
This was obtained to help him clean out his liver. It has been working as far as cleaning out his system goes. He really does not have issues in that department, but it does help in a way that you notice it.
THE BOTTOM LINE
This helps a gradual liver detoxification in a slow manner. It is able to be taken in liquid or mixed with foods. The flavor is in lines with chai tea and does not really go well with anything that my husband has tried to use it in.
MY RATING
THREE STARS. It works, but the flavor every day is a bit much. My husband will finish the entire jar by taking it daily as he REALLY wants the benefits, but some who are more sensitive to this type of flavor might not be so willing to take it long term.

If you like Chai spice tea, you might like this product. My wife ordered this without realizing that it has a strong spicy flavor that may come from the chicory root, milk thistle, or the fiber spice and herbal blend. The flavor is so strong, it’s not usable in coffee or most drinks, without dramatically changing the flavor. My wife said she would only use it with Chai tea. My wife and I only used this once as we didn’t like the flavor, and didn’t notice any digestive improvement after the first use.

I like this as a change in the way I get my fiber. I’ll drink this mixed with warm water at night. That’s about the only way I found I can take this. If I mix it with anything it overpowers that flavor with sort of a spiced chai. I will drink this at night before bed and I’m very regular in the morning. I use fiber this way in pill form usually. Pills are much easier to take for me. This is a nice change but I won’t stick with it. Once this container is gone I’m done.

This is a very good cleanse. Not chalky tasting like the rest, actually good. If you really want to cleanse your digestive system this is the product for you. Of course its more effective if you use the entire Eniva detox line which includes the vibe multi vitamin and the liquid Chlorophyll.

Does not seem to work. After taking for three days, following the directions I have seen no results. In fact it seems to have caused constipation. Would return for a refund if possible.
