I came back to make sure I reviewed these at 5 stars because they’ve become a favorite.
We each keep some on us because they’re so easy to tote in individual packets. Wife and son have headaches/migraines sometimes and they like taking half a strip at the onset to stave it off bc caffeine has been shown to help with that.
And there have been a handful of times when we’ve been drowsy while driving and someone has whipped out a strip to help the driver stay alert. Nice to not have to roll into a gas station to down a cup of coffee.
From daily excursions to family trips, in a purse or a backpack, we find that making sure we have some strips nearby has become an essential part of our packing process. I’m also happy to see that these have become more affordable since last reviewing. (currently $20 for package of 30 strips).

Love these quick caffeine boosters. Perfect for those times when you need a cup of coffee an hour ago.
These strips are individually packaged. They melt on your tongue – if you get them on your teeth, they do feel a bit weird and gooey. They’re VERY minty. I didn’t love the flavor/texture but my wife thinks they’re great and said I’m too picky and I shouldn’t have gotten them on my teeth. As always, I’ll defer to her judgement on star ratings. A bit pricey ($28 for a pack of 30) but probably worth the price for the sake of convenience.

EZStrip Energy 40 mg Caffeine Strips (Mint) are individually packaged, convenient, and portable. This product is a great alternative to measuring and mixing energy powders. I like that I can pop a few of them in my bag and take it on the go when I need a quick energy boost.
It has a strong minty flavor similar to the popular brand of mouthwash strips. With the demands of work, family, and children’s activities; these strips do provide some energy to help me push thru my day. I do wish it delivered more of a punch. These strips do what they supposed to do without causing any jitters, crashes, or other adverse reactions.

These are fine. I personally prefer to just drink the coffee but my teen likes these. They are easy to throw in his sports bag or keep in the car. He says the flavor is fine and they dissolve quick enough.

They’re like those old Listerine strips, super easy to take and have a minty flavor that’s not too overpowering. I started using them as a quick pick-me-up in the afternoon when I hit that energy slump but don’t feel like making a coffee or grabbing an energy drink.
Each strip has about 40mg of caffeine, which is less than a typical cup of coffee, so sometimes I use two if I need a stronger boost. They dissolve quickly on your tongue, and while you do get a bit of an aftertaste, it’s nothing too bad. What I really like is how portable they are—just toss a few in your bag, and you’re set.
I also like that they’re made by a reputable company, so I feel like I can trust what I’m putting in my body. The only downside is that if you rely on them too much, you might go through a pack pretty quickly since they’re not as strong as a cup of coffee. But for convenience and a quick caffeine fix, they’re pretty solid.

These energy strips are handy to have at the ready whenever and wherever you might need a little extra pick me up. Cheaper than a cup of coffee plus they don’t give you bad breath, these dissolvable mint strips are half the caffeine so you can even have one in the afternoon without worrying about it keeping you up at night. The taste is pleasant and mild and they are individually packaged which is convenient especially for a quick boost when on the go. Toss a few in your bag and you’ll be glad to remember them there when you start to feel that afternoon slump coming on and you forgot your travel mug!

Very similar to the listerine mouth strips, this caffeine strip is a think sheet of mint flavored energy supplement. One at a time was insufficient for me (usually drink 3 cups or have 4 shots of expresso). Each strip is about half the amount of caffeine in a cup of coffee, but I don’t recommend dosing by that. I started getting jittery at 5 strips over 10 minutes. Otherwise 2 at a time for me is a nice way to wake up and shower before prepping my to-go work coffee.

These caffeine strips are perfect for my morning workouts. They deliver a caffeine boost equivalent to half a cup of coffee, which is just what I need without having to wait for my coffee to cool down. The mint flavor is pleasant and easy to take, and the caffeine kicks in about 15 minutes after use. It wakes me up and enhances my workout experience.
