This stuff works wonders for my sons eczema!! (My son is 4 but I also used it when he was just an infant). I put it on him after he gets out of the bath and his flare ups are nearly gone by the time he wakes up in the morning.

This is my 3rd time buying. I have very dry, sensitive, fair skin, with rosecea and I use this periodically, mixing it in with my regular Clinique routine. It’s really goopy on, so it can’t be worn with makeup, so I only use it at night. My naturopath acupuncturist originally suggested this, and I would recommend it. I also use this on son’s skin as needed at night.

I had bad reaction to this ointment. It made my eczema worse and stung when I first put it on. Not returnable on Amazon.

So happy with the results of using Emily’s on my 3 month old! She was afflicted with sudden and severe eczema, and drug store eczema creams were making it worse. My sister who is a Chiropractor and acupuncturist studied Chinese medicine and recommended Emily’s based on the herbal ingredients. I noticed immediate improvement Olin my baby’s skin and her full body eczema cleared up after about a week of using Emily’s. It has not return in over a month!

Great product. My wife is a nurse and is always washing her hand which dries them out. This product has healed her skin greatly after every use where other products could not.

Emily’s Skin Soothers was “curative” of my daughter’s eczema. Within a few hours the itchiness subsided, and in two days the redness and scaliness improved noticeably. Ten days later the scaly patches are well healed, only faintly darker color remains. My Accupuncturist friend recommended it for the herbal ingredients known to be anti-inflammatory. My daughter now calls her a genius!
I can’t say “cured” without the quote marks because when my daughter skips applying this for a few days, the itchiness returns. So it suppresses the eczema well, but not quite cures it.
Background: my daughter suffered from mild-moderate eczema since birth. Over her nine years of life I tried about 10 different brands of creams etc. Vanicream, aderma exomega emollient balm, weleda, Aveeno, curel, cetafil, eucerin amd many others, some even trying different preparations of the same brand. Only the Aderma seemed to be the most moisturizing, and mometasone, the steroid most effective at reducing the itchiness. Since I didn’t want to continually expose her to steroidal substances, I continued to try new options. Nothing really “cured” her eczema like Emily skin soothers. I am amazed and grateful.
I have a feeling there isn’t a singular best therapy for everyone. If your results are not satisfactory, try a different option. Expensive to keep buying and trying, but there isn’t a more effective method available now. Good luck to you!

I used this on my baby’s eczema (he’s about 1 year old) as directed and his skin got MUCH worse. I tried to contacted the company that makes it but they never responded.
We took my son to the pediatrician and an allergist and they gave us steroid cream and within a couple days his eczema is pretty much gone.
We really wanted to avoid steroid cream but I caution against using this based on my experience. Aquaphor worked much better than this stuff.
