I didn’t see or feel much effects from this product. Not worth the price. Could have gotten other supplements half the price elsewhere.

I loved the idea of these retinol gummies, I wanted to see results from them. They also taste pretty good, I took them religiously for one month. During that time I also improved my overall skincare routine.
I ran out of them seeing a pretty good difference but I was sure it was due to the increased skincare adherence. The reason I say that is because while I saw a difference on my face, I was mainly concentrated on that with my skincare. I didn’t see any reduction in the amount of back acne I got or other improvements to my body skin.
I think the biotin in these might have been a contributing factor to a breakout I had during week 1. Of course with any retinoid it takes time, but a couple weeks into topical retinoids I saw a huge difference. I have been using topicals for 6 months alternating daily between adapalene 0.1% and retinol 0.25% serum.
Now 8 weeks out from my first day with these I’m convinced that the main factors helping to improve my skin were starting to do two step cleansing at night and stopping tinted sunscreens/only wearing foundation to the most important events. While I believe internal retinoids can be effective I don’t think this is it.

I’ve actually used these SOS gummies before. I just thought I’d purchase them with my other products after finding them here on Amazon. The watermelon flavor initially was a bit odd at first to me personally, but now I do enjoy the flavor. It’s not a strong flavor or overpowering at all. Nothing is a magic solution, when it comes to skin and body care, but this does help with hydration of my skin. I’m pleased with the results and ease of use. I chose gummies as I got tired of taking pills. It’s almost as if I’m having a piece of candy, but doing something good for my skin in the process. lol. I would recommend these, but again the taste may not suit someone like myself at first. It still is a lot more pleasant than most gummy vitamins or supplements. I’ve tried many, they are not pleasant overall. I think this also may be a good first start for those wanting to try a gummy supplement. I’ll let you decide on that one.

I’ve been eating these for years. Most retinol is topical and ingesting retinol is more effective. These gummies are delicious! A bit pricey but worth it. My mom can’t live without them( she’s 66 but looks like she’s in her 40’s)! I see a huge difference in my skin and they are part of my daily routine. The tasty was great! It reminds me of a Gusher flavor so happy to chew 2 gummies each night. The texture of the gummy is also good. Outer shell is firm and the center is actually a gummy (not liquidy or melted).
Will definitely be buying more for friends to try!
