I don’t notice a taste, but I’m definitely having weird dreams. They’re not pleasant either, just odd and stressful situation type dreams. I’m only a few days in and the recommended dose is 1 tsp which is only 12 servings per bottle. I’m not sure if I’ll buy it again.

Noticed that my sleep tends to be deeper and more refreshing when I take this. Taste isn’t that great, but that comes with a territory with any herbal supplement.

Wish it would have been potent as expected.
Zero affect for what it was described for. Taste was actually good and disguised for the pungent herbs used. Smell was horrible, but understandable.
I hate it that I was disappointed, I truly was hoping for more than delivered through this one product. Seems as if the company has a good thing going on. Don’t let my review of this product deture you from trying any of their other products, however I haven’t tried any thing else.

Didn’t work for me. , it is very very dmall, not 95 servings like picture. Like a shotgun size, I would not care of it was small and worked. But it neither worked and it is small. Maybe 3-4 sips size. I would actually pay the price of it helped me dream. Haven’t dreamed in years and would pay even double the price for a few nice dreams. Your CANNOT RETURN for refund.

I did not like the taste whatsoever, but I do feel it helped with dreaming. I hadn’t been dreaming for the past year or so, or if so, infrequently. I dreamed every night while taking this and my dreams were more vivid. I came back to order more, but it’s out of stock and they don’t know when it will be back in stock. 🙁

First thing you need to be prepared for is the taste. As far as herbal supplement/extracts goes, it isn’t the worst. It isn’t the best either. I have tried it both straight under the tongue and down the hatch, as well as diluted in a little bit of water. It was less harsh with the water.
As far as its ability to induce lucid dreaming, the jury is still out. It may be that one needs to take it consistently for a period of time to notice any remarkable effects. I will say the first night I used it I did notice a mild increase in dreaming overall, just not lucid ones.
I really like this brand generally, so I will purchase again once I use this bottle up. It is a bit pricey to use often, however.
