I’ve been using Elete for years. I add it to water I flavor with with sugar free flavoring. It is easy to use, dissolves easily, gives necessary electrolytes, and is economical.

A great way to get electrolytes in. I drink enough water but want to replenish the salt I lose in other drinks. I cannot put in water because of the taste but any flavored drink covers up the taste for me. I use to also help with my dizziness and dysautonomia. Great value for the money and lasts quite a long time. Still haven’t finished my first bottle yet and bought months ago now

Very palatable. Did not want to flavor my water and this accomplishes that.

I use this for running, cycling and hiking. It’s one supplement that’s ok to add to the water reservoir on a hydration pack, since it has no sweetener or flavoring. It just modifies the mineral content of water to make it replace minerals lost in sweat. It does affect the taste of the treated water, just like natural mineral water tastes different depending on mineral content. It adds sodium, potassium, magnesium and chloride. This can help to prevent muscle cramps, and can also prevent hyopnatremia, which can be deadly. I recommend it as a runner, cyclist and hiker, and also as a sports EMT.

This Elete Electrolite solution was recommended to me by a friend that runs marathons. I started trail running and it never fails that I get a MAJOR calf cramp around the 6-8 mile mark… I was complaining to my friend, who recommended this product – and WOW… what a world of difference it makes!!! I was able to run 10 miles with NO cramps!!! I felt one coming along on my walk back to the car, took another dropper full of Elete and my cramp was instantly relieved!!
Notes – this tastes like straight sea water, like a mouth full of the ocean. I could not bear the taste mixing it with water as directed… I opted to taking a dropper full, putting the dropper as far back my throat as possible to avoid tasting the stuff as much as possible and then rinsing my mouth/washing down the drops with a water bottle.
I use this product for muscle cramps, however my boyfriend loves using it as a recovery solution for the morning after a long night of drinking – this product is a must-have in our household!!!

I work out 5x week outside at Bootcamp. I am also over 65. This summer my occasional leg and foot muscle cramps became a daily nightmare. I tried other products and sports drinks which didn’t work. I am so glad I found this. The cramping has gone completely away.
Positives- no sugar, no caffeine, tastes fine , very inexpensive, add to any drink, easy to use (See cap directions)
Negatives -none
I am a fan for life.

This works way better than I expected and I feel much more hydrated after using. I also love that it’s compact and I can take it with me anytime I travel. I am a Personal Trainer so very particular with supplements and find this to be a nice compliment to my regiment after cardio or intense workouts

This small portable electrolyte container is a backpacker’s best friend! Its compact size makes it perfect for hiking and backpacking trips. I love that it’s sugar-free and easily mixes with regular water to replenish essential electrolytes. It’s a lightweight, convenient way to stay hydrated and energized.
I really like the size, it fits well right in the top of my hiking bag without adding weight or trash from electrolyte packets.
