This was a waste of money and despite the reviews, I still proceeded to purchase this product because I had high hopes that it just might work. I slid this on my stomach area and wrapped it up with a workout wrap. I did not sweat with the product on nor did I feel a difference with having it on.
I did not experience a tingling sensation or cool sensation as most people who reviewed the product. There was no smell or stickiness with the product either. Overall it just did not work and I decided to return the item.

This was surprisingly an amazing product and it was extremely handy to have it rub on. Since at first it was a bit hard to apply, it was a simple issue to fix. Just add a bit of lotion or baby oil before you rub it on desired areas for a completely smooth application.
This cream doesn’t work. Hardly felt anything and it leaves a white cast on your skin and waist trainer. –
This product did not work. I’ve used other hot creams and this one was not worth purchasing.

I don’t actually rate it 5 stars, I just put that so that you could see my review… it’s not that great. And it applies weird?? Also, it doesn’t really make you sweat that much.

I love this stick! I go to Hotworx and I apply a layer all over my belly and then I put on my core compressor. OMG I sweat ten times more when I combine them and it has sped up my toning. I’ve tried the core compressor without the stick, and using only the stick and no compressor and those two combined are a perfect match!

I waited a few months to do a review for this because i dont exspect resaults in a short time. In the first week of use it seemed to work on its own. However when i added a sweat suite it was more efficent then the product alone. I reccoment using it with a waist wrapp not alone. It did work however for a short period of time idk if thats because of my body use to it but i recomment for someone who has patience. I wish they would be more detailed on the best way to use this product when u recieve the product. Also i waped it in the area i wanted at night and that helpped too with this product but i only used it every other day.
