These are suppliments that I already use, I like that these are in liquid form making them perfect for adding to smoothies or juice. I like that these came together verses having to purchase individually.

Please understand that what follows is my opinion based on my own research and personal experience.
I have personally been using magnesium chloride as a daily supplement for years. It’s absorbed almost immediately and completely. 80 mg per day is not nearly enough to meet daily needs.
Zinc sulfate is a decent form of zinc. How much you actually need to take is dependent on personal need.
Silicon dioxide is not a mineral supplement I would use or recommend. Silicon dioxide is used in foods and supplements to prevent caking, not as a source of nutrition since it may be poorly absorbed. The jury seems to be out on its safety in quantities needed to improve or maintain health. Since silica is the second or third most abundant mineral in your body, I would not depend on silicon dioxide to fulfill those needs. (Personally, I take bamboo silica everyday for general health, bone, hair, skin and nails. It’s easily absorbed and the results are wonderful.)
I’ve using and researching nutritional supplements for decades and I could not recommend these mineral drops. They are pricey and I think money might be better spent elsewhere.

I ordered a variety pack of these liquid supplements – Magnesium, zinc and silica. I need to take magnesium on a daily basis to help with some excruciating leg cramps that I often get due to taking water retention pills. The dosage on this magnesium is simple, a few drops into my food or tea – not sure about everyone else, but to me there is no taste. Zinc is a good supplement to take to help with keeping the colds away – normally I would take tablets, but this is easier. I found that there was a slight taste when added to water, but the benefit outweighs the taste. I have not tried the Silica yet, as I haven’t done any research on it. The value on this kit is excellent.

I liked that this came in a 3 pack. I like to keep zinc on hand for times when anyone in the family is feeling sick and use the suggested amount in a little bit of an electrolyte drink. The flavor is very mild and its very easy to take. I also wanted to try the magnesium. The magnesium has a Much stronger flavor – I couldn’t mix it in the same way as zinc, it would have to be in a stronger drink like orange juice which made it a little harder to take, because I could taste it and it was a strong unpleasant flavor for me. I am not as familiar with the benefits of silica, but it is easier to take, has a more mild flavor like the zinc—easily hidden in water or electrolyte drink. Overall, it is a great set of minerals, that are more readily absorbed in liquid form, just a little disappointed the magnesium had such a strong flavor.

I ordered the three pack of liquid supplements which includes magnesium, zinc, and silica. I take magnesium daily, as when you age it’s necessary to supplement your daily intake. The dosage is easy to measure, with somewhat of a noticeable taste when added to water, tea or coffee. I usually keep zinc at home to use for family illnesses such as colds and other viruses, and although it has a faint taste in water, its something you get used to. I haven’t tried the silica yet. This three pack is an excellent value, and I do prefer the liquid form because of its quick bioavailability. Overall, these liquid minerals are easily absorbed and are easier to take than pills or capsules.

Unique product that lets you fine tune the mineral intake vs taking a normal combo mineral supplement. The bottles come shipped securely and with safety seals in place. Everything was well packaged to prevent breakage.
Seems to be a decent deal but I didn’t find any exactly equivalent products to compare exact pricing. Should last a while at normal dosage.
Taste is the bitter mineral taste you’d expect but that’s not a bad thing, that’s just part of using this type of product. Seems legit and has enough manufacturer info for me to trust it personally.
