Easy to take to turn around low iodine level

I’m sure that this product is great, but If you are woman in your reproductive age you have to be very careful with this Iodine product. The best way is to talk to your doctor before start to use it. Your doctor can help you to adjust the proper dosage for you. I tried this product 2 times With several months interval and each time a stopped doing it. First time I tried last September and it messed up with my menstrual cycle a lot, my periods came later on 7 days and they were long like 6-7 days. I was so scared. Then after analyzing what I was doing new I get to the point that this is a new Iodine supplement I’m taking. I did some research and I discovered that inappropriate iodine supplementation can really mess up with your periods. I stopped immediately and on next cycle my periods started in my normal time. Then after 4 months I decided to try again and I got the same results, later period for 8 days and it was spotting like almost 2 weeks. It was so so scared. Oh no woman want that. I stopped immediately again and not taking this Iodine already few months and my periods get back to its normal cycle. Thank you lord. So talk to your doctor before you start to use it.
I absolutely love this Eidon company and I’m buying from them Silica for many years and I want to try their other products. Just girls, don’t play with iodine, it’s can be dangerous.

Objective of this product (for me):
I’m taking this Iodine supplement to help with thyroid function. More detailed updates to come with time.
Pros (short term):
-My energy levels have increased marginally (most noticeably in the morning)
-Fatigue is easier to shake
Cons (short term):
-None at the moment
Perspective: This product, in my view, is something of a catalyst. In small amounts it can be good for you, in high doses, it can be toxic and damaging to your health. Consistency, rather than quantity ingested, leads to balance.

Works great, just be careful how much of it you take. I was over doing it at one point and I noticed my palms were red often. I researched it and one of the cause is to much iodine. I cut it down and problem disappeared
