while my office got sick i did not. i had some symptoms but nothing bad. be warned.. this tastes like hmm whats a word i can use.. it tastes like dirt,gym socks and then mushroom funk. but it works!

I use one scoop a day of this amazing product. It tastes like mushroom but it is quite an enhancer for health and wellness. It improves my energy and gives me far better stamina than I typically have. This product continues to be researched for improving people’s overall health. This product is excellent during cold/flu season. It helps get over colds really fast without the side effects of man made chemicals(ex.acetaminophen). I would definitely recommend this to anybody with a weakened immune system or to prevent colds/flu at the first side of symptoms. It is a little expensive but nevertheless a good investment considering the benefits.

Item arrived very fast and in perfect condition, it doesn’t taste so bad, but for some reason after 2 days of use my stomach started growling and feeling uncomfortable and on the second day I started getting severe diarrhea for some reason, maybe one of the ingredients is making me sick, but since stopped using it, the diarrhea is gone and From my experience I can’t recommend it

4g weight per serving of which 150mg is Beta Glucans!
150mg is 3.75% of 4g (4000mg) also it is mostly mycelium which has far less active compounds than fruiting body. There are products on the market that offer 100% fruiting body and more than 30% Beta Glucans per serving for equal and or less than the price of this product.
