I take 2 per day everyday and notice a huge difference when my period comes around versus the timeframes I forgot to take them. I don’t have any cramping if I take these consistently.

I just received this product, so I can’t rate the efficacy of it, yet. But I CAN say, after one serving, that it is absolutely foul tasting – which one would not expect from a capsule. I thought it would be flavorless, at worst, and ‘gingery’, at best. I will continue to take this, however, in hope of reaping the benefits. And I’ll happily upgrade my rating if that happens. I truly dislike writing a negative review, and am only doing so for people who may have an aversion to bad-tasting stuff!

They smell like good quality ginger capsules. Excellent value. I usually encapsulate many of my own supplements, including ginger. But at this price, it is a small upcharge to pay someone else to do it.
I like the fact that the capsules are gelatin as my tummy does not like the cellulose ones (also, some experts say that the material, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose or HPMC, that cellulose capsules are made from is estrogenic. so another reason for me to avoid it)
Thanks for a product with no fillers, flow agents, etc.

Ginger powder is excellent for the joints stomach digestion & balancing diet needs. Easy to take capsules great supplement to add for extra ginger or replace ginger root with no time to prepare it fresh
