This is like a miracle! My little didn’t have any diaper rash issues until about 18 mo old. So glad we had this on hand. It’s amazing how great it works! The whole house uses it now for most any ailment

This Earth Mama Diaper Cream has some sort of magic in it because it’s just insanely good.
Backstory: I did a lot of research while I was pregnant on which diaper cream to buy. I also cared about the ingredients in the diaper creams, so that narrowed down my options quite a bit (I use apps like Clearya & Yuka to check for any bad ingredients).
Anyway, after seeing a lot of great reviews on this diaper cream, I decided to buy it. For the last 6 months of my son’s life, this is what we’ve used. He’s never had a problem with diaper rash. Sometimes, a #2 would make him red; I’d put this on it, and it’d be gone by the next diaper change. It glides on so easily (I also use the Mushie butt spatula to apply it) and when it’s time for a change, it wipes off easily as well!
This month, we ran out, and within a day he developed a rash because a #2 always makes him red, like it “burns” him. I had this other brand someone had bought me as a gift (the Boudreaux Butt Paste in the red bottle). Right off the bat, I hated the thickness and almost paste-like consistency. It didn’t apply easily and was super hard to spread out. I was shocked because I know a lot of people love that diaper cream. The red bottle has a couple of ingredients that I don’t love (paraffin and petroleum, which are potential carcinogens), but I was desperate. By the end of day one, the redness had turned into a full-blown raised rash, so I had to order a large 4oz bottle of this immediately. For the next two days, it just kept getting worse and worse. Also, when changing him, that paste was so insanely difficult to wipe off, I felt as though it was just irritating him more. I was spoiled by how well this diaper cream applies and wipes off. I had never had to deal with a diaper rash that bad.
So as soon as I received it, I used it and said to my husband, “If this diaper cream can heal this bad of a rash, I’ll never use a different kind ever again. I’ll be loyal to this.” No kidding, within three diaper changes, not only was the raised red rash gone, but it wasn’t even red anymore. I was shook.
Needless to say, don’t waste money on a bunch of different diaper creams. This is literally the only thing you need! It’s the best, and I’ll use it forever!

I so far love this product along with the nipple balm. Both feel really silky, not too greasy, the smell is a little strong but that’s just part of using essential oils so I don’t mind it.

This diaper balm is absolutely a 10/10 must have for all new moms! Especially for the babies using overnight diapers it keeps the skin soft and helps prevent diaper rash

This is hands down the best diaper balm ever. We use tubby todd rash cream for the rashes, but for everyday use, we use this balm and it’s AMAZING. It has the natural herbal scents, but they don’t bother our girls at all, we haven’t had any allergic reactions or infections in that area. Hands down the best and we will be purchasing again and again.

I use this in place of the popular fly ointment that comes in a tub. EM is a pesticide and petroleum free ointment option and the essential oils double as an insect deterrent. It works just as well. If using on horses, be sure to test a small area first.

We have used this for our daughter and seems to be the only rash cream to work. Never used on my son and typically always use Destin as that is the best. Destin wasn’t the same for daughter and this is amazing. In 8 months never had a rash.

My baby boy has sensitive skin, so when I switched diaper brand on him all of a sudden, he developed a yeast rash. Just when I thought it was getting better after using all the intense zinc products I could get my hands on, it took a single car ride in where he remained in his diaper a minute too long and the rash came back with a vengeance. It wouldn’t let up after that, all because his poopies stuck to his skin! I tried everything in the book, until I caved and used this balm I had randomly bought after a good friend of mine had recommended it. I thought it wouldn’t be useful since I believed my baby’s bottom needed all the strength a chemical based product could offer. This simple formula of organic blends worked a MIRACLE. I knew my baby’s rash hadn’t improved because poop kept sticking to his skin with other products, but not with this one. I coupled it with Maty’s multipurpose ointment and let me tell y’all: there’s a sense of immense relief and fulfillment knowing natural and gentle products have healed my baby’s bum.
Just bought 2 more of these. They’re forever staying in my diaper changing stations and diaper bags.
