My F45 trainer recommended this product because of how clean it is and providing all the right nutrition with the extra bonus that it tastes good. I normally choose vanilla but I went on trust and purchased this flavor instead. It didn’t disappoint! I now add it to shakes and my own homemade protein balls. Definitely will continue to use this product and excited to try the other flavors too!

I couldn’t wait to try this powder because I love chocolate peanut butter flavor and Earth Fed Muscle protein seemed to be of excellent quality.
I noticed the lid of my container was bulging a bit, but the seal under the lid was not broken. When I opened the seal, a slightly funky scent came out, which is not normal for a brand-new container. I thought maybe I had imagined it but sure enough when I went to make a second shake today, I caught a whiff of it. It’s not enough to prevent me from using the powder, which seems fine, but enough that I looked for the expiration date on the bottle. There was no expiration date, but there was a manufacture date of July 2022, and it’s only October so it should be fine.
I like that the ingredients are very simple, just 5. I also like that those ingredients contain a good serving of minerals that other protein powders don’t contain, such as Magnesium and Manganese, along with around 75% as much Potassium as a banana.
The first day I made a smoothie, with one scoop of the powder, one banana, ice, and water. The taste was good but not as pronounced as I expected. I noticed that my smoothie almost immediately started separating so that there was a more runny part, which is something I haven’t noticed with other brands but I suspect it’s due to the fat content of the peanut butter. It’s not necessarily bad, just different, so I thought I’d mention it.
Today, I simply mixed a scoop with about 10 ounces of water. After shaking pretty vigorously, there were still a few clumps, but nothing left stuck to the bottom of the shaker, which is a plus. The taste was again slightly underwhelming. It definitely tastes really good, just not as potent of a flavor as I would have expected, kind of watery. Maybe I’ll decrease the water to around 6oz (they recommend 6-12oz on the canister).
After looking at the ingredients list on other brands’ chocolate peanut butter flavor that I’ve liked, I think all the additives and crazy ingredients in the other brands are probably also what makes them taste better, kind of like junk food. That has sold me more on this brand, as I’d rather put clean supplements into my body than junky additives. I’d recommend this protein because the nutrition and quality ingredients outweigh the slight issues with the flavor.

Normally, I love this stuff, but I was just sent a package that had a Best Buy date of nearly a year ago. I do not see a way to contact the company or request a refund since this is considered a non-refundable product.

I really enjoy the taste of this protein drink! Some of the other ones hurt my stomach afterwards but this one has never done that. The flavor is great and I’m definitely feeling full after drinking it. I drink this to replace lunch or after a work out and it’s definitely been helping me.
