These are EAA gummies with 9 essential amino acids in them. They also have the BCAA supplements. Great for any athlete or weightlifter. I lift weights daily and am taking these for muscle growth and to improve my performance. They taste great! Like candy. lol. They are blueberry flavored. You are supposed to take four a day (9000mg of EAA blend) so this is a months supply -120 count. They came sealed well in a jar. YOu can take before or after exercise or maybe two before and two after. They are sugar free and sweetened with stevia. Also, like that they are third party tested. Gluten free and dairy free too.

I’ve been looking for EAAs that are convenient and easy to take. These certainly meet that criteria. Taste good, portable for traveling, provides a good selection of EAAs.
One big hang-up is that they don’t tell you what sweetener is used. There are sweeteners on the market that don’t work for diabetics, such as sugar alcohols like sorbitol and mannitol. We need to know to make a good decision.
Another disappointment is the cost. Directions are to take 4 gummies/day, so this lasts only one month (30 days). That’s ~$30 per month for just amino acids. If you can fit that in your budget it’s fine, but for a lot of us that may not work. We can only do what we can do. Darn.

I love the ingredients in the Supplement Facts chart and wanted to give this 5-stars. However, the Other Ingredients are not listed. Deducted 2-stars. Also, I was unable to easily find company website. Deducted 1-star

I am not the target audience for these essential amino acid gummies, but who wouldn’t want the benefits mentioned on the container – boosting strength and muscle growth. Anyway, I have been taking these for a couple of weeks – the good news is that they are easy to take, they taste good, and there have been no negative impacts. The packaging was good with a safety seal over the lid of the jar they come in. There were a couple of broken gummies in my jar which apparently were sliced up somewhere in the manufacture and packaging – but this was really just 2. It was not an issue.
I can’t tell if these really made a difference for me. I will keep taking them because of no negative effects (and I like the taste). I think they are worth a try.

L-Lysine, L-Threonine, L-Phenylalanine, L-Methionine, L-Histidine, and L-Tryptophan, as well as the branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), which includes L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine. Eating 4 gummies provide 9000 mg of these essential amino acids. That said, everyone is different and my fitness goals may be different than yours so I regularly visit a healthcare provider and together we decided that I will eat two gummies five days a week before or after my workout. The sugar free, blueberry flavor is delicious, making these gummies easy to take. I recommend the EAA GUMMIES with five stars for quality ingredients, convenience and ease of use.

I weight train three (3) days/week. I also bike, swim, Pilates, and other fitness activity. I put A LOT of effort into maintaining fitness levels. I also eat a primarily plant-based diet. I do eat some meat, but generally very low comparatively. I spend time to ensure I get balanced and complete protein. I have chosen to add an amino acid complex to supplement and ensure sufficient and total amino acid balance for recovery.
For the amino acid supplements, I have tried both powder (my preference) and tablets; I find the tablets large and generally hard to swallow. I also travel, and powder is not very convenient to take on-the-road so I forgo the post-workout amino acid supplement for road workouts. Hence where these gummies come in; travel convenient amino acid supplements.
This supplement provides all nine (9) Essential Amino Acids (EAA) with higher proportion of the three (3) Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA).
Are these ever going to be my regular amino acid supplements – no. I wanted specific purpose; I ordered gummies to travel, and they get me amino acid conveniently on the road and that is the sole purpose for getting these. Taste not too bad either, so keeping this 5-stars…

These are some really tasty gummies loaded with amino acids.
After losing a lot of muscle from inactivity, I started a treadmill plan to recover some of faster and after a couple of weeks, I started using this product.
It does seem to help, but is it just because the work is starting to pay off now or does this actually help. There’s no way to know that, but this approach is thought to be effective. I’m sticking with it, because I know for sure it isn’t hurting me and they do taste good!
I’m happy with them.
