Cream is amazing. a bit expensive for small jar for me but it is worth it for small areas. i need for entire lymphedema leg so too expensive for me to use but it feels like luxury

I was talking to a friend about my eczema the other day and was recommended E45 cream. I was really excited to try it. However upon opening the seal, I noticed huge holes in the cream. I decided to pound the jar on the table and to my dismay I found out that the jar of cream was half empty. Is this normal or did I get a bad batch? I tried a sampling of the cream and it seems to be a good product, but at the same time I feel like half the product is missing. For the price of this product, I just don’t know if it’s worth it. Is there anyway to trouble shoot this issue?

My only complaint is that my jar arrived with a pretty decent bit of moisturizer missing, not like it was used, but like enough wasn’t added. I use this daily and I could say I love this. It doesn’t leave my skin oily and rubs in well. Although I gave 5 stars “for sensitive skin”, I don’t have sensitive skin so I wouldn’t know if it’s good for that. It’s non-scented and a little goes a long way. Recommend

This is truly a magic potion! I’ve been using it on my lips since I can remember (I always suffered from chapped lips as a child, especially in cold weather). We now use it as a family for most things.. it’s great for any kind of chafing after sport etc, it’s great on red, cracked skin, it’s great as a general moisturiser (although it’s quite thick so you may find it heavy on your face). It’s also great on sensitive skin and on sunburn. Love this stuff!

This cream is awesome. Despite me having sensitive skin, this cream is moisturizing, non greasy, and leaves a glow. A little goes a long way. If you have extremely dry skin I suggest adding an oil or Aquaphor to mix this cream with. Unfortunately I had to stop using it because lanolin irritates my skin. If it did not have lanolin in it, this cream would be amazing for my skin. Don’t hesitate buying this cream if you’re looking for a good one that doesn’t break the bank.

obviously it comes with very little product and i at least assumed it would fill the container and i was obviously wrong :/ although the cream is VERY nice and makes you soft

This works really well on keeping your skin moist if you have very dry skin, especially if you wash your hands a lot lately

This is my first jar of this so I wanted to wait to review it until I gave it a fair shake. I want to preface this by saying I do not have a diagnosis, as I can’t afford a dermatologist. I have very dry AND oily skin on my face, especially around my nose and mouth, as well as sores and flakiness. This is an issue that a multitude of OTC products haven’t been able to curb over the last decade+
The E45 cream did make my skin worse for about 2 weeks, but then it started calming down and now I’m about 7 weeks in and my skin looks better than it ever has! I’m so excited! The sores haven’t shown up in about 3 weeks, and there are no flakes and no itchiness! I’m absolutely blown away and I really hope my skin continues looking this great as I continue to use this product!
I’m using a regimen of E45 cream 2-3x daily and “eb5” facial wash once daily. I’ve been using the eb5 for a while and I never got results this good until I added E45 to my routine.
I read other reviews saying the jars aren’t filled enough, and I had the same thought upon opening it. I have found that I only need to use a small amount for each application, so the jar is proving to last a while for me. If I needed to apply it on more than just my face, then I could see this being an issue. I purchased this on January 10, I’ve been using it 2-3x daily, and as of March 4 I still have more than half of what I received.
I also want to mention the scent, as in there really isn’t any! It kind of has a generic lotion smell, but it’s not strong by any means. Strong or perfumey scents trigger migraines for me, so I’m super grateful that this doesn’t have a scent.
The cream actually feels pretty good on my face, too. It feels moisturizing and it felt kind of cool and soothing back when I was still dealing with sores and itchiness. It does leave a greasy feel on my fingers, though, which is easily remedied with soap and water 🙂
If you’re struggling with skin issues and you have the funds, then I highly recommend trying this out. It did seem a bit pricey to me, but it honestly has been proving to be invaluable.
