I’m only on Day 2 of taking this consistently (twice a day) and already notice a difference in my milk supply!! I take it in the morning with my vitamins and then again before bed.
It contains key ingredients that are known to increase milk supply like: milk thistle, fenugreek seed, nettle leaf, and fennel seed.
1. Shake well before use.
2. Take 2 bulb squeezes (1/3 full) twice daily.
3. You can add it to water if you don’t like the taste. I didn’t mind it by itself… but it does taste like a super sweet and strong maple syrup.
I’ve been having to supplement a few bottles a day, but have already noticed my baby latching longer than before (which I’m assuming is bc there’s more milk for her).
I’ve also noticed a slight increase in milk when pumping today. I’ve gone from 1 oz total to 1.5oz (still only on day 2 so I’m hopeful it’s only going up from here)… fingers crossed!

The best thing you can do for your supply is to drink plenty of water, consume your necessary calories, and remove milk from your breasts, whether that be through pumping or latched feeding. I have used a few different supplements and never notice much of a difference in my supply. These are no different. If I stopped using them I don’t know that my supply would change. Don’t expect miracles.
I haven’t loved taking a pill because I find that I tend to burp and taste the fennel. Powders taste weird. These drops aren’t bad. I drink a 12oz Gatorade most afternoons to boost my electrolytes and adding these drops does nothing to change the flavor, though Fruit Punch is a pretty powerful flavor that tends to cover even the strongest flavored powder supplements.
I don’t think that taking this supplement can hurt, but it’s not going to do much if you don’t also hydrate, eat, and remove milk regularly.

This formulation works for new mothers trying to up their milk supply. The BIG problem with this is, if you have a thyroid issue this product may not be for you. It contains fenugreek which can be a big issue for people with Hashimoto thyroiditis. If you have this medical diagnosis please consult your doctor before use. Other than that, it seems to work.

I like that its in a liquid form so it makes it easier to swallow or mix with a drink without the powdery aftertaste. has a medicinal smell and taste so if you’re not use to it then definitely chase it down with something else. I sadly saw a decrease in milk supply so I say consult your doctor for sure first and use at own risk. two starts for liquid form and I like the medicinal smell and taste during colder seasons.

Nada, Zilch, Nothing. I wanted it to work. I hoped it would work. It didn’t work. I bought and correctly used the three bottle package. So, three months use of product resulted in no benefit what-so-ever. I recommend saving your money.

I used this one time. One serving. And DOUBLED my milk the next day. I have only been able to pump 2-3 ounces at a time and pumped almost 6 today. I will be recommending this to all of the breastfeeding/pumping moms I know!

Tastes like maple syrup? Very sweet, a little herbal aftertaste.
I am normally an overproducer but had my supply severely drop following a bout with mastitis and ordered this to see if it could help bring my supply back up. WOW the effect was immediate. About 12 hours after the first dose I was engorged like I hadn’t been in more than 3 weeks. I stopped taking it regularly after a few days, but still take it from time to time. I don’t normally believe in the crunchy herbal products, but something about this stuff really did work for me.

This review is for “E2H Breastfeeding Supplement and Lactation Support – Liquid Lactation Supplement – Contains Fenugreek, Milk Thistle, Fennel and More – No Alcohol – Vegan – (2 Bottles).” The supplement bottles arrived undamaged. They were packaged as a two-pack, in 2 individual paperboard boxes within a paperboard sleeve that was wrapped in plastic. There was plastic shrink-wrap around the top of the bottles. The bottles are made of brown glass and the droppers seem to be of good quality.
The flavor of the supplement leans toward the “maple syrup” taste of the fenugreek. I tried my first dose straight out of the bottle and it was a pleasant experience. The packaging instructions also suggest mixing with water as an option, which I will probably try tomorrow.
I find the list price of $33.95 to be quite steep, but I haven’t shopped for similar products in a while so it may be close to the going rate with the recent inflation.
