I switched out to this brand from Xtend BCCA because the Xtend has horrible flavor combinations. I’m not a fan of watermelon flavored anything and this is no different. But it is a mild flavor so I can choke it down. The effects of the product seem solid at this point. I haven’t been transformed into Hugh Jackman yet, but I really wish they could just have lemon, orange, lime. Definitely no kiwi/watermelon/pineapple/blueberry, mango/boysenberry/peach/banana mixer. Keep it simple.

This is the best tasting BCAA powder I have ever tried. The watermelon flavor does not hit you hard as with other workout drinks – just a pleasant drink with great ingredients that I know help me while I lift.
The combination of ingredients indicate thought on the part of boost-it. The electrolyte mix helps keep me hydrated while working out and the BCAAs are key to prevent fatigue. The addition of probiotics is icing on the cake as research has shown that healthy gut bacteria are important for overall health.
I am intrigued about the inclusion of ashwagandha root extract. This extract has been shown to boost muscle gain and fat burning when ingested in modest amounts (300-500 mg). I am happy with its inclusion in this drink.
Overall, I highly recommend this BCAA supplement!

I wanted to like this more. It tastes better than other brands but no matter how much water I add and how much I shake and blend, it does NOT mix well and I end up with mouthfuls of half dissolved powder. I will NOT be buying this again.

I used this product today for a workout, PR’d on my overhead press. I want to say that I added one scoop to 32oz of water, and sipped it throughout the workout. This was my personal preference so the flavor was not too strong, I was really happy with it. Training fasted, BCAA’s help with the energy throughout the workout, and I found that with this product. It has the essentials you need with the Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine which are the most important AA’s linked with physiological muscle growth. I really liked the electrolyte balance in the product! This is often over looked, and sets this product apart from typical BCAA’s you can find on the shelf. I found I had an extra kick for the run I performed after. Overall, really good product and I can tell the R&D team really nailed it with this product. Something I will recommend to clients, friends, athletes, and general fitness enthusiasts.

This stuff literally tastes like a watermelon jolly rancher!!! The flavor is awesome and not too strong mixes well with about 15oz of water easy to swallow. Good for high intensity clean energy and hydration or even before bed since there’s no caffeine. I love the flavor, the 2:1:1 ratio, plus a ton of other amino acids, electrolytes AND some probiotics! I used to only take Stance BCAAs but I’m glad I finally branched off to something with higher quality ingredients.
Kinda wish they had a larger option with more servings but that’s okay I’ll definitely be back for more 🙂

This is a high quality product! There’s not many great products in the market that are Keto and gluten free friendly. I also don’t usually take any supplements for working out or just in general because I never feel like they actually do anything – however BoostIt is amazing! The formulas delivers what it has promised – hydration, muscle recovery, and fat burn and I’m excited to continue to add to my daily routine. It’s super simple to add to water and the flavor is delicious and amazing that no sugars added! Highly highly recommend for anyone looking to get started with adding supplements to their everyday life. You won’t regret it!

First these containers are never to the top. The people saying it looks used must not get pre-workout protein shake or bbca regularly. They leave room to shake if you live in a hot place you know they can clump.
The flavor is nice shake it leave for a min the taste like flavor water. The vitamins and ingredients are what I need. WARNING ⚠️ If you are a big man, bodybuilder woman this is light as per ingredients. It may not work for you. If you just workout to keep tone or once in awhile this is for you. I workout 5 to 6 times a week and I do roofing fabrication for a job. I’m 5ft 155. So it works for me a little bost workout but also helps muscles. It is perfect for me.

I don’t know why, but this is an entirely different product now! I reordered what I previously used in the past (Boost It Nutrition BCAA watermelon splash) which was Amazing… I LOVED the taste, it mixed very smooth & it gave me the boost I needed while working out! but what I recieved is now Durasport watermelon splash & unfortunately the taste is now completely different than it used to be-this new version does not taste good,it doesn’t mix as smooth & I don’t feel the same affects as before. I really wish they would bring the old version back! I will not be ordering this one again
