This was purchased for upcoming travel. I plan to take the smaller one in my carry-on. The bars are lightweight and most importantly NOT a liquid, so it doesn’t have to take up space in the 1-quart toiletries bag!
The product doesn’t have a strong scent, applies easily, leaves no greasy feel, and moisturizes very well.
My *only* complaint is the lightweight aluminum cases they’re in do not stay closed, so I’ll have to use a snack-size baggie to ensure it doesn’t end up againt my clothing in the luggage.

I first bought this in a small drugstore in a small, arid town, about 20 years ago, and it was life-changing. I am prone to eczema on my hands and around my nose that can only be described as “violent.” In the last couple of decades, I’ve tried other products in the same category that claimed to offer more specific “therapeutic” benefits with additional active ingredients, but I always come back to Bee Bar by Honey House. It absorbs better without feeling “slippery,” isn’t shiny, still feels protective after handwashing, and has never caused my indescribably sensitive skin any irritation. I use it daily at bedtime on my hands and lips, sometimes feet or elbows, maybe an irritated nose, but I also carry it in my bag and usually hit it once during the day. (It’s often 20% humidity here.) If I need to touch delicate things immediately, I just make a quick pass with a paper towel to remove excess from the surface of my hands, and I’m good. NOTHING has ever worked better when my lips are chapped. FAR superior to any lotion that claims to protect like gloves. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Best applied immediately after handwashing to get the thinnest coating with the most relief, but I use it when I need it, and if it goes on a little thick, so be it. I tend to use the natural (unscented) the most, but any of the fragrances are lovely and have never bothered my skin, which is extremely rare. I love the Bee Manly scents, too.

I am trying to get rid of plastic waste, so I have tried other bar lotion. It was softer, but had a waxy smell. This smells heavenly, but is not as soft. For feet, knees and elbows, you could just rub the bar directly on skin. For overall body lotion, at least in our cool home, it is a little firm. Rubbing it across the palm of my hand, I am able to moisturize my skin. I plan to reuse the metal tins to hold my bar shampoo and conditioner for travel. And did I say it smells heavenly? I gave it four stars because it is a challenge to liquify, but that also makes it long lasting, so ???

I’m using these as Christmas gifts. They’re long lasting & softening. Great for Montana’s cold, dry winters. The small ones fit in purses for travel. The tins are beautiful & can repurposed to hold myriad items. The natural. Ingredients are important to me. A terrific value!

I love these bars. The smells are wonderful and great on my dry hands. I do cashier work and hands are in sanitized water wiping tables during shift this stuff helps so much to protect and keep hands from getting dried out.

I had been using something similar for years but they discontinued making it. I looked for a replacement and found these. It is how advertised. The smell is not overpowering very mild, but enough that it is pleasant. The large size was exactly what I wanted. The smaller size is perfect for traveling. It is a long lasting bar. No greasy. I put it on just before I go to bed and it lasts.

While I’m sure this would suit most people, I’d suggest steering clear unless you can smell it in person beforehand if you have a sensitive nose. There is a overpowering scent from the essential oils that doesn’t disappate and is so powerful I can taste it. Even with the scentless one, there is an odor I can’t place. Unfortunate, since in one use it already did wonders for my dry skin. Because of that, I would recommend it to friends, just not the ones with sensitive noses.
