There’s so many health benefits to taking collagen and it may even help you sleep. It helps skin, bones, muscles, joint pain, prevents bone loss, heart health, brain health and even weight loss. It’s an 8 week process to see benefits so stick with it. Hydrolyzed collagen peptides are usually considered the best form of collagen for ingestion. Bovine collagen is mainly derived from cows. Bovine collagen may be especially useful for reducing wrinkles, promoting elasticities and increasing skin meant moisture. I like that these supplements also include vitamin C, biotin and zinc. These pills are on the larger side, but I don’t have a problem swallowing them. They are not coated. One disappointing thing I read online was studies suggest 1000 mg or 1g of collagen per day isn’t enough to reap the benefits. The recommended dosage of collagen is between 2.5g and 10 grams per day. this bottle falls short on the recommended dosage. You would have to take at least 4 to 5 pills a day to meet the accepted daily serving.

We have been using Collagen for a number of years now in our morning smoothies. Recently my wife wanted to drift away from the morning smoothies for diet reasons. ( I sure do miss those smoothies) So, the daily does of collagen went away. It did not take long for my body to take notice though. We decided that it really was something that we needed so an order was placed for this product. Withing a few days we could already feel or detect that things were getting better again.
Simple to use as you just take 2 capsules a day, and for some reason they say not with your main meal. Not sure what that all about but we follow directions. The product is actually 100% made in Italy. Really! Each capsule has more than just collagen, The list includes another substance that we have been advised to take, that being zink. So a bonus for us.
This stuff helps with skin, hair, nails, bones and joints to name a few. And… I can see it in my nails as I have one that was injured years ago and when taking collagen the damage does not show at all.. Plus, we have all heard about its help with aging.
Basically, this collagen is some good stuff and it really does work. Includes a plastic, double sealed bottle of 120 capsules.

Easy to like this product and the seller is completely up front about the ingredients, including the bovine source for the collagen. This is not vegan.
The good manufacturing practice seal is on the container and it came sealed with a protective cellophane wrap.
There is really no smell to this product and it has other good ingredients for the skin like vit. C, biotin, and Selenium. I received this in Feb 2023 and the expiration is September 2025.
The 1 g of hydrolyzed collagen per two capsules is surprisingly low as I have read some studies suggesting 4.5 to 10 g per day is optimal for skin. If you took more than 2 of these capsules per day then you would have too much of the other things in this product so the 2 capsules is about right for this product overall — so I plan to supplement this with another collagen product that I use in my smoothie.

I use collagen supplement to improve bad skin condition because of dry skin eczema. This supplement has included a few nutrients to help the absorption collagen and make it work better in your body such as biotin, zinc, selenium and hyaluronic acid. Therefore when you take this supplement, you don’t need to take additional supplements to make collagen work. It works as well as the other collagen supplements I have taken.
The manufacturing facility has GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certification and the supplement is made in Europe. Because routinely feeding cattle with antibiotics and hormone is banned in EU, a supplement using raw materials from cattle made in EU means safer raw materials and as a result safer end product. This collagen supplement is definitely not the cheapest in the market among the similar products but GMP certification and making in EU makes it worthwhile to spend a little more to get this supplement. I recommend this product.

Nous sommes sur une marque réputée italienne qui a la certification GMP qui garantit des conditions satisfaisantes de fabrication.
Le flacon contient 120 gélules pour une cure de 2 mois à raison de 2 gélules par jour.
Bien que défini de gélule de collagène, elles possèdent en plus de l’acide hyaluronique, de la vitamine C, du sélénium et du zinc et de la biotine.
Cette composition permet d’agir sur les tissus conjonctifs pour les articulations ou la peau, et même les cheveux.
Les gélules sont de taille moyenne mais ne sont pas difficiles du tout à avaler.
Le collagène est d’origine bovine, donc ne pas utiliser chez les personnes vegan.
Je les trouve pas assez dosées en collagènes, mais est constaté un effet beneffique sur ma peau qui pourrait plus repulpée.
Ma note : 4/5 car bon rapport qualité/prix.

A product of Italy, these capsules have additional supplements and ingredients in them other than just collagen. With many of these types of supplements, if you’re already taking multi-vitamins and other vitamin supplements, you may not want additional amounts (or too much) of some, such as zinc, which this has. They recommend 2 of these capsules a day, and these are not small. I compared these to an unflavored powdered collagen that I’ve been taking for years, and these include quite a bit of extras, hopefully most of it is good stuff. I would like to see 3rd party testing on the label, but not a deal breaker. I only take one of these a day since I already include a set of other vitamins and supplements in my routine. No side effects to note….so far, but will update if I notice any.

Das Kollagen ist mit allerlei anderen prinzipiell sinnvollen Stoffen angereichert von denen man sich Vorteile versprechen kann, wichtig ist aber: Kollagen wirkt. Ich nehme es als Prophylaxe für die Gelenke weil sie im Job und beim Kraftsport stark gefordert werden. Der Vorteil liegt hier in der Einnahme; für mich ist die Kapselform wesentlich praktischer und weniger aufwendig, zudem portabler als Pulver. Made in Italy sehe ich auch als Vorteil, zudem bekommt man doch einen Vorrat für 2 Monate und es ergibt sich ein gutes Preisverhältnis. Die Kapseln kommen in einer robusten, kompakten Dose die eine mehrmonatige Benutzung locker wegsteckt. Einziger Nachteil: Falls man Veganer ist wird man hier nicht glücklich und falls man gleichzeitig andere Ergänzungsmittel nimmt wäre eine Option ohne Zusatzstoffe u.U. von Vorteil da man ansonsten eventuell bei manchen an sich sinnvollen Stoffen sinnlos (wenngleich vermutlich nebenwirkungsfrei) quasi überdosiert bzw. einfach sinnlos ausscheidet. Immerhin sind alle Stoffe transparent aufgegliedert, man hat also eine solide Entscheidungsbasis. Kurz: Top!
